After a pet receives a vaccine, the doctor or assistant should give feedback about where the vaccine was given and how the pet might be for awhile or a few days. I looked up the vaccine my pet was given because he wasn’t acting right but after looking it up, he was acting normal from the vaccine. I did forget to ask where the vaccine was given on the body as well because he was very sore for a few days. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rickard is excellent as well.

It was our first time to meet Dr Rickard! She is so wonderful! Dr R. explained everything and offered solutions for our dog that were very helpful. We are new to Chase Farm....moved to Dartmouth a year ago and so far we have really enjoyed meeting the different vets! The staff at the front desk and the staff that help the doctors have all been very helpful as well! Great team!

I actually went there to get a kennel cough vacine and was told it would be in. Brought her in and waited 20 min only to be told it hadn t come in yet and they were trying to figure out when the shipment would be coming in. Will have to go again for her to get her shot!!!

I m not sure if my clicks registered above but it should be all fives. My animals have always had excellent care at Chase. The vets and vet techs are extremely caring and compassionate.

Dr Alexander is wonderful! We will be returning to see her.

Only suggestion was regarding time waiting, we waited quite awhile in the exam room. Not the end. Of the world, but maybe relook at how you schedule appointments. Thank you.

sometimes the wait to be checked out is stressful. This is only sometimes and it is only the negative point I have regarding Chace. We always feel we are treated well and cared for.

It was a busy day there so I understand the time issue. Everyone was very courteous and caring. The staff and Dr. Comstock were excellent to my dog. Very caring atmosphere. Love the way pets are treated like family.

Other than waiting over an hour to be seen, everything was great. I think someone forgot about us.

Checking out and paying the bill takes forever. There should be a quicker way to do this, especially when our “critters” are so anxious to get out of there. Also a hook to attach a leash would be helpful when you are trying to pay your bill. Care of our animals is super and professional.

Everything went well with my last appointment, as always staff are genuinely interested in the best care for my cat. As to suggestions, the only thing would be the checkout process seems to take quite some time, I don t know why that is or if there is a way to make it quicker.

The vet was a very caring person she was kind and efficient. The vet tech was also very kind. They both seem to love animals and their profession. I have never been disappointed with the care at your vet practice. Everyone seems to genuinely love their jobs. Thanks for taking such good care of my pets.

As always very appreciative of care and concern provide this time it was Nick.. We saw both Dr Picard on Thurs and Dr Rickard on Fri.Both were very thorough and concerned about Nick. We still aren t quite sure of what is ailing him but he is being monitored. Many thanks, Ann marie Oliver

I love Dr Rickard as she has taken great care of our dogs. My only issue with the practice is the location and long wait time to check out.

The wait time to pay your bill is terrible. So many people working but seems a little disorganized. The wait time to pay has always been terrible in my opinion. Also dropped off my cat for grooming and it took forever for them to give me my cat. I paid for the service and then the girl up front called the back for them to bring my cat to me and it took for ever!!!!!!!
