As always a great experience. Dr. Pitcairn always does a great job of explaining things. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. These are all important questions but you should ask a 7th question (The Ultimate Question) .... How likely would you be to recommend us to someone else?

I ve been going there for years there like family I just love all of you

I changed to Chase because I was told they care and are very helpful. I am very happy I did.

I waited 40+ minutes past my scheduled appontment time with my dogs (one of which was muzzled because of her reaction towards other dogs) which made it even more stressful for both dogs, myself, and I m sure other patrons and pets. However, I will say that Jen Pavao was super helpful in trying to keep me updated on the wait, and once we got to an exam room everything was fine. I also appreciated the option of checking out in the exam room and leaving through a quiet side door due to my dog s behavioral issues.

My dog was there for hospital care. I took care of my concerns when I picked him up and by speaking with someone by phone when they were available. The Vet who was involved called me at the time that was scheduled.

We really like Dr. Pitcairn. She is very caring and patient and explains things so we understand completely. Thank you, Dr. Pitcairn and Chase Farms Vet Hosp. :):):)

Every time I step through the doors at Chase Farm I feel welcomed. My dogs (Ace and Bo) enjoy going to the vet because staff are so caring. It’s like they’re the only dog in the place at that time. Thank you for all you!

I love everything about your establishment. Everything. Most times (not this time, check out is slow. Too slow. Not this time. But I love everything else. And I barely mind paying...just the process to get there.
