Dr.Pitcairn and her staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They really care about the animals that they care for and their owners. I have been a customers for well over 20+ years and would not go anywhere else.

Great staff and Dr Luke is amazing. Always a great experience and our dogs are well cared for.

An Excellent, SAFE and LOVING?? environment! Our IZZY LOVES going to her Vet DR s, including all the Practitioners, Med Assistants and front desk clinicians! Service is over & above, exceeding expectations. IZZY is treated as one of their own dispelling all fears. and anxieties. Trust the group implicitly !

The wait time was very long, 2:30apt was seen close to 4:00pm

Hello my friends. I have been a client for at least 23 yrs? Back on actual Chase Road. Dr.Jean, Dr. Nicole...amazing! The staff is also awesome. You can feel the love for pets/animals as soon as you arrive. I tell everyone how wonderful everyone is there! I have seen Dr. Jeans kids grow up, Dr. Nicole start her family and them and their incredible staff take care of my family. Can t say enough about their compassion and true love for every patient.
