Love this place

It was very busy at arrival with a line almost out of the doors. Appeared to take quite a long time for some people to check out which in turn backed up ability for others to check in. Once we did check in, things moved nicely, until check out which left us once again waiting in line with an anxious dog who just wanted to go home.

I would not bring my pets anywhere else! Love Chase Farm! Thank you for always making us feel welcome and for the excellent care of our four legged friends.

As always the doctors and staff are top notch!

I was very satisfied with his haircut but for the amount of money it cost I thought around his eyes was cleaned very well and he didn’t smell as good as the other groomer we’ve taken him to. Overall he looked good but I expected much more for the price.

I get it. Tough to schedule. Cindy is great -staff amazing. Waiting a half hour & not so much. But love you guys

Although I love( most of) the staff at CFVH, It seems like we are always seen by a different new vet. I would wait longer for an appointment if we were seen by the same vet each time maybe if you could let us know vet # x is only in on tuesdays or afternoons or whatever

Don’t change anything! You guys are Alll wonderful from the moment I walk in, to two days later with a recheck call.....

Dr Rickard is always very caring and informative.

I was in the examination room a really long time (more than 30 minutes) before the doctor came in.

Came in with 2 cats. There were 2 dogs waiting in cat area which would not have been a problem however dog was close to carrier. Owner of dog on phone not paying attention. Also took 10 mins to check in and had to wait 50 mins to be seen...not acceptable! Would have left but not easy getting cats to vets!

I know I am always a little early (5 - 10 minutes) but all in all I wasn t seen until 20 minutes after my appointment. But still better than before. The longest I have waited was 45 minutes, not so long ago.

We always have a wonderful experience at Chase Farm. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We feel that we are given the time to ask questions and talk about our dogs. Dr. Picarin is very helpful and thorough in her examination and the care she gives to our dogs.

My husband and I have been to several vets with our pets over the years and have never found a more caring and amazing staff. If all doctors and their staff were like you, our pets would be so much happier and healthier.

Everyone friendly and helpful. However, when I walked in 9 people waiting between check in and cash out, and the 2 girls were overwhelmed, so the wait was almost 30 min. In room for 15min, came out and same situation. Service was still excellent.

After receiving a false negative on a test for tapeworm, the clinic, and more specifically Dr. Pitcairn, cared for Sancho Panza quickly and also provided me with preventive care. CFVH is the best!

I will forever be a Chase Farm Veterinary customer they are family. Their service and caring nature is outstanding not only for my fur babies but for me too. Thank you all !!
