The service was great. Everyone from check in to check out was caring and helpful. My only complaint was the $25 charge for a blood pressure on my cat. Unfortunately I would never do that again. It’s a shame when the fees for services are so high that you have to choose what you can do and not for your pet.

Waited a very long time to check out (10-15 min or more). She said she was waiting for Ollie s chart. I am not really sure what the hold up was. His appt was at 6:15. We were taken quickly and seen quickly. We walked out after 7:30.

Everyone is so pleasant and kind, I have older dogs and all are patient and so sweet to them

I give thumbs up for Dr. Comstock--she is so nice and a joy to bring my cat Harry in for a check-up

The care, follow up , is wonderful, no complaints, but checking out can be very long, I usually don’t mind but have heard many complaints from people in the waiting room waiting to checkout, just thought I would pass it along.

Love Dr Pitcairn , & all the techs there. The best of care for our beloved Charlie. Thank you so much .??????

I can t say enough about CFVH. I now live an hour away, but still bring my cats to be seen there. I can t imagine thing anywhere whee!

Once again staff member did not make the next monthly appt for my cat Eddie P. I forgot too, but he gets an Adequan shot every month which I would assume is in his records. This happened last month too, in September. I will call for an appt. The fact that you have a separate process for paying, as opposed to scheduling an appt, makes it easy to miss making a new appt. Very awkward.

after 3 modes of confirmation - phone/text/email I was where i was suppose to be but still had to wait 25 minutes for a Tech Appointment!!! Thank goodness Maggie came out and expedited check out and purchase of flea & tick medication.

My only complaint is how very long it takes to check out, no matter what time of the day I come. I wait 20-25 minutes before the file arrives and can be processed. If we all must wait that long, I strongly suggest that you have the person and pet sit in the waiting room until they are called with the caveat that they are to check in with the desk if they are not called in 20 minutes. Waiting at the desk in that hallway makes for some rather interesting maneuvers/interactions for both owners and pets as others come and go.

Dr. Rickard has been great with our dog Jack. She has made every visit for him much less stressful and we truly appreciate her patience.

I totally love taking my Chase to your clinic....have loved Dr. LUKE, Dr. BARTKUS..and others...I constantly tell other dog owners about Chase Vets...keep up the great work
