One Complaint: I took a bit long to receive the bill and make payment. This is one area I have commented on before, whether it regards waiting to be seen or to cash out . Otherwise you do a great job and have a great staff.

Love Chase Farm. My only problem is getting refills being sent to CVS. Getting only 2 refills at a time for a dog that needs the meds everyday for his life is nuts. Refills should be for the year because getting in touch with this office for refills is very time consuming.

The front desk attendants were apparently busy when I arrived at 5:40 for a 6:15 appointment as there was no one at the desk. Both the person who arrived before me and I waited 10+ minutes before someone came to speak to us. I was surprised as I thought the office would be quiet at that time.

With all my years of taking pets to Chase Farm, I have never had any issues with the staffs and veterinarians. I have had some dogs, especially Micky, who do not like the techs, but it is because they keep sticking needles in him and worse clipping his nails.

Some staff were new and made mistakes with procedure and judgement. Things were corrected later in the day. All was set right and Chase Farm exceeded my expectations in the end.

Luke the Vet we saw was awesome. He was great with Echo and explained everything in detail. A friendly suggestion is the staff need to be more friendly and more attentive instead of talking to each other. I have noticed a huge change over the last year with a lot of new employees. I am still very satisfied with the care our dog receives. Thank you!!!

We were seen at the Chase Road facility for acupuncture. It was a calm atmosphere and not at all stressful. As always, Dr. Pitcairn was wonderful with our dog, listened to our concerns, explained things so well and gave suggestions for care. We are so pleased that her services are now available at the Chase Road facility.
