Staff a tad uncooperative but amiable. Vet care is great but unnecessarily expensive.

Staff extremely professional, caring, & sincere. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

The check out process could be improved. It takes considerable time to check out. I d like to keep my credit card on file which may help the process.

As always, wonderful, caring staff and doctors. I could not ask fir a better group of people to care for my fur baby.

Satisfied with medical appointment, however, extremely upset that I was charged $61.00 for 16 ounces of shampoo that retails from many places between $21.00 - $25.00! Charged almost 3x as much is highway robbery. If client/customer concern is a top priority and concern, you would not be charging astronomical prices. Not satisfied about this ridiculous charge for only 16 ounces.

I can’t say enough about how crazy I am about Dr. Jean Pitcarin & the staff. I’ll keep rescuing animals if they can be treated this well... & that’s the truth. Xox

Dr. Richard always considers her patients care and comfort. She also never forgets the pet’s guardians. Also, the whole staff is wonderful.
