Try not to surprise people with the news that a pet s doctor has left the practice--let them know before they arrive, ideally when they make the appt. And if you ask people to wait for the bill, call their names in a loud voice when it s ready, and check the waiting room visually. Don t assume they have left the premises without telling you.

It was told to me that since my dog is an older dog, that now they want to see her every six months. With a $200 fee for her to be seen, unfortunately, unless the visit fee is significantly lessened, that, financially, will not be possible. Perhaps find a way to help older dogs without putting such a financial burden on families. I understand, ultimately it is my choice. Thank you.

It is always a pleasure to have our Rascal seen by Dr. Jean! All staff are always professional and helpful. We have always recommended Chace to all our friends. If the office is busy sometimes checkout can be a little of a wait but on the whole on a scale of 1-5 we would give you all a 10!????????

The wait to pay for services is extremely long. I don t understand how oftentimes the wait to pay is longer than the actual appointment. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes or more just to pay and there is only 1 person ahead of me. Kind of ridiculous, don t you think?
