I love the email notifications but feel that the information for reminders are not updated in a timely manner. For instance, I received a reminder on 11/30/19 that Winnie is past due for a lyme booster. Winnie was brought in for a tech appointment on 11/26/19 for that booster. This has happened in the past too for other things. Not sure if there is a solution to stop the reminders from going out as soon as the treatment has been done. Thank you! Rosie Blanchette

My poodle had a tech appointment. She was taken from me, which is not going to happen again because she is not comfortable when I am not present and things happen that could be avoided. I asked the tech if her bowels had let go because she loses control of her bowels when she gets nervous. I was told, no. When I got her in my vehicle, I realized something had happened. I had to stop in a parking lot and get out and clean the entire back end of my poodle as she was covered in excrement and her glands had expressed because she was stressed. I don t know how this could have gone unnoticed because blood was drawn from her back leg. The stench was disgusting and hard to miss. Someone s attention to detail really sucks. Also, the staff needs to buckle down on clientele. There were people waiting for appointments who were acting like it was a daycare not a pet hospital. One dog was insane and got loose twice from its owner. They need to establish some rules. Hell, a simple reminder that it is a hospital and not the local dog park would be helpful. I was happy to get the hell outta dodge before it hit the fan because people were very careless in their conduct, and they had zero control over their dogs. One dog was crapping all over the place as a woman stepped in it and one of the dogs ate it. The clients did not seem to care. I was concerned for the health and welfare of my own dogs. If you acted like that in a regular hospital, you d get thrown out on your ass.

Check out is sometimes a bottleneck and takes too long. It would help to have more than one person responsible for checking out customers after their vet appointment. Pet food costs are higher at Chase than at other vet clinics. Otherwise, great veterinarians and helpful, compassionate & professional assistants.

We had a more than normal wait time due to an emergency. Obviously, this was no one s fault so the wait was not a problem. Definitely appreciate the time and care given to Tia so would not expect anything less for other pets brought in for care.

Keep up the good work! I ve always been pleased with them. When our furbaby was Tiffany was extremely sick they were super supportive right up to the end of her life. They all care deeply for your pet and you. They listen to you and give you the knowledge you need to care for your furbaby. Now a year and a half later we ve finally adopted a new furbaby and I m still very pleased with them.
