I was very impressed with the new reality with social distancing yet the affection given to the animals. One assistant said that Lizzy snored in her lap while they awaited the doc. That meant she sat with Lizzy who was ALONE without her person. She let Lizzy on her lap. She cared. That’s all a client can hope for in a vet practice. Thank you.

It would be advisable that is a dog has an accident (poop) in the waiting area to clean it with Lysol rather than to have it just wiped up by the owner.

Very easy to get appointment. Staff and MD helpful informative and friendly. Four star for billing only b ecause I am familiar with how you process your workflow of patients and we hardly discussed the cost.

Dr Riccard and the vet techs are amazing as ever. they are great with my dogs and Dr Riccard always takes time to examine and explain.

Dr Pitcarin is an excellent vet. I feel she really has insights into my cat that others haven’t figured out. She thinks outside of the box, is well researched and uses an effective blend of eastern and western practices. I feel so lucky to have found her for my aging cat who has many health issues. She’s helping to keep him healthy and happy as he is a beloved member of my family.

I scheduled Camo’s appointment online which was very easy and convenient ! Somehow managed to still mess up our appointment time, they still were able to accommodate and see Camo for his yearly that was long overdue. We love Dr Pitcairn and the staff at Chase. Always so good our boxers and their humans ;) And am always thankful for your techs who are amazing with my four legged baby, especially our Tif. But thank you to all !
