I forgot my wallet because I was in a rush to have my dog seen. I felt like a criminal before I was allowed to leave to retrieve my wallet and pay for services. I appreciated the promise to pay paperwork until I came back with my wallet. But I arrived at 5am and did not leave until almost 9am that part was frustrating.

We came in an emergency situation and the entire staff were the most helpful and considerate we have come across. During times that are scary and stressful the concern everyone showed us was beyond kind. Not to mention that they also saved our puppy! We won’t forget that!

Vet was very kind and took time to answer any questions I had.

Upon arrival we were told about 2 hours, I understand that this hospital works on a triage system, however, we were here for almost 6 hours and were only seen by staff for approximately 20 minutes. Also, after getting home I realized that my dogs IV port was not removed before taking him home, thankfully I had experience removing them because they told me nothing about it before I left. Overall we were extremely disappointed.

Thank you to Dr. Lyons and all of the staff at Noah s this past weekend for taking such good care of Carmen after her attack. I ve (unfortunately) been to other 24 hour vet hospitals before, and Noah s was by far the best. While I hope we don t need to utilize the emergency services again, I am deeply appreciative for the care that we received!

The vet available on 5/27/22 in the afternoon (4ish) was unhelpful and frankly harmful to my dog s emergency. Luckily by 6:30 pm when she was finally seen there had been a shift changeover and the new vet was very helpful and understanding and did a great job and listened. The first vet did not seem to care about our comments or experience with a similar previous situation. Would not return.

I was glad to be seen by the Vet and given an initial evaluation and meds for my pet. The wait was a bit long but it was understandable with case load that was occurring at the time of my visit.

On website there is option to apply for credit or terms but wasn’t offered anything verbally. I was very pleased with treatment of my pet and friendly courteous treatment I was extrnddd

My baby girl died on this visit and the only reason it was even bareable was because of the staff at this facility. They were compassionate and as helpful as humanly possible. If I had to lose my baby, I’m happy about the fact that I took her there.

Robert was patient and very professional. The doctor was also so kind in a stressful visit. Thank you for the excellent care we received.

I am so incredibly pleased with the experience I had at Noah’s Animal Hospital this week. We were lucky enough to get treated right away as we were bringing in a stray that we found. All the staff members are so kind and so helpful answering all of our questions. They were super thorough and even waived the fee for our visit out of the kindness of their hearts since it turns out our kitty was totally healthy. We feel so grateful and I will continue to come to Noah’s for all my pet needs in an emergency or if I happen to stumble upon another beautiful stray!

I know more critical emergencies come at different times but I think the staff can be more considered and let people know that they will get to you rather then make them think they do not know You are even there.

The entire staff was incredibly kind and compassionate (even though I came in on Mother’s Day), it was clear that they genuinely care about animals. I called with concerns about my cat, and they gave me honest advice to come in and have him seen. Most emergency vets I’ve called usually say “if you’re concerned you can come in”, so it was nice to get genuine advice (I know they may be required to say that for liability). I appreciate everyone greatly!

The cost was exorbitant given the treatment. $2000 was way too much for some blood tests, X-rays and an overnight stay.

Fantastic job! I changed vets because my previous vet could not get Charlotte s shots done without sedation. The staff (Katie) was the vet tech was fantastic with my dog and she was able to get everything done and Charlotte left happy!

I am new to Noah’s and plan to be back! While I was given a total before the visit was over and told the price on one particular test, I would have appreciated a more detailed breakdown before services were provided and I paid. That said, I do not feel I was over charged or given unnecessary treatment and am happy with the services provided.

Your quote was outrageously high. We took our pet elsewhere where the diagnose didn’t include surgery and the the cost was 1/6th the price. We were treated poorly when voicing opinion of pricing. My husband was asked to leave and we will not patron your establishments ever again and share our experience with others. While we understand this is an emergency service. The cost was 6 times that of another provider and 10 times that of our regular vet. We switched vets because of your pricing structure and add in services. It was also highly disappointing that when your animal comes in with bleeding bites on her leg the vet exams her teeth and recommend and try to upsell a dental cleaning. It was not the time nor place to discuss that need. Have a vet and have discussed it with him. He doesn’t have a concern but your vet did! My dogs leg was bleeding and needed addressed. With just a visual and not cleaning off the fur she went to a surgical type procedure to stitch it up. Once I took my second open after we were asked to leave. The other facility shaved her leg and determiners a stitch would more likely trap fluid and risk infection. The. It’s were deep but now after 3 days. She is asking well and all wounds are scabbed over. She is on an antibiotic treatment and the cost was appropriate for an emergency service on the weekend. Your quote was $1850 and the service I sought a second opinion across town was $330. Your pricing is out of line and way too high. Your diagnosis for this started at the most evasive method. Sorry but you need to rethink your care plans and training of staff. Your a health provider of animals and need to support your animals and their owners —not exploit ways to try and play on their emotions of a traumatic situation for them and their pet. I have shared my dissatisfaction with your establishment with my network of friends family and colleagues. I will continue to do so as they need to be aware to seek a second opinion and question the cost and practices that are being recommended.

Everyone was very nice and friendly could not ask for any nicer people

I was very pleased with the service I received until told to pick up my dog Molly at 6:30 PM. I was put in a waiting room for 35 minutes with no contact during that time. I was concerned that were having some kind of trouble with Molly. That is what happens when you isolate a person with no contact. Hopefully this is not a regular event.
