The techs & nurses were great. I don’t understand why my dog was taken out of the room to be examined by a vet who asked me zero questions about my dog. She spent very little time examining my dog & I have no idea what she did! This does not build trust or confidence in me, as the customer. The vet came back & gave me her assessment , then proceeded to correct me when I questioned something. I know my dog: she has never seen her before. I also don’t understand why I was not allowed to view the X-rays w/the vet. I specifically asked if I could & was told no, but they could send them to me ( although the nurse said I wouldn’t be able to view them unless I have imaging equipment at home: as if anyone would) They recommended both morphine($60!) & a pain killer & when I asked why she needed both, they said she was in a great deal of pain. My dog literally got up on the side of my car door to greet the tech/nurse w/a wagging tail when we arrived. Honestly, I feel like I was being played emotionally & that is not pleasant At least they were able to see me: that’s more than I can say for my own vet.

You were all great, and loved being able to be seen right away, without an appointment.

I arrived at 9am when there were only a couple other patients in queue. However, I sat in the parking lot to be seen until late in the afternoon and we were done about 3:45pm. Workers were occasionally in communication that patients with more immediate needs had come in after me and needed to be seen first. My case was fairly quick once I was able to see the vet, so I wish there was enough staff for them to have been able to get us done sooner, or send us to a different location. There seemed to be quite a few workers there, but maybe not the right skill sets to get patients through the process.

Literally the best experience I could have hoped for. Every single person I spoke/met with was kind, understanding, and patient with me while I SOBBED because my dog had hives (and I thought that meant he was going to die). I just immediately felt so at ease from my interactions and it made helped me know he was in great hands. I don’t even have the words to properly articulate how good my experience was-even in the worst of circumstances. 15/10 would recommend.

I was giving wrong instructions for Vetsulin mixing by technician, which needs to be shaken and not rolled per Merck, but otherwise she was very courteous,thorough, and compassionate. I thought the vet telling her to tell me that the alternative to the costly testing and treatment was to let my dog go on untreated until he dies was a bit much. Since she didn t talk to me, I have no idea what her attitude with the technician was. I d had an upsetting day with my recently blind dog seen at the specialist, then finding out from NOah s he had diabetes. It was a costly line of treatment with both, and I was a bit overwhelmed by the decision I needed to make. As I said, the technician was very compassionate and wanted to find out if there were any alternatives or solutions for me, and when she returned she told me what the vet s solution was. That vet was not Dr. Wright, who is currently treating my dog. The vet s hands may have been tied by your financing policies, she may be been dealing with an emergency, so I don t want to say she was cold or indifferent, but when you re on the other side of that kind of news, that s how it felt.

Please respond to my email or directly answer this question: I can t afford to fill my dog s prescription until next month, once my social security check has come in. Is this a problem?

NOAHS 24, don’t appreciate how y’all treated us, don’t like the way y’all were just instant to put POLLO’ down… we did something y’all could do which is sad. I have history with y’all with my previous dog as a child and honestly never thought I would ever had Needa y’all for that situation but for the worst moment in our life y’all didn’t make it better, calming. The main lady that was speaking with us and only female that dealt with us was the main rude one, even was rude to my father!. So I will not & no one in my family will deal wit y’all because of this and my followers!. Have a bless one from Brian and way and POLLO’

We had previously been happy with our experiences, but in the last two years, the attention to detail and quality of care has dropped tremendously. This has led to major complications for our dogs which, if we had not taken them for second opinions at another facility, would have resulted in their deaths. Diagnostic routines have not been thorough, there is an overall lack of attention to detail, there is the feeling that the staff is too busy to pay attention, and when we have attempted to have the Dr. follow up with us when our pets were not responding to their prescribed treatment, we have not received a timely call-back. When we do receive a call back, the staff leads with trying to sell us another appointment or tell us to call in the morning for a first come first serve time slot. If I have spent over 1,000.00 in a visit, I expect the staff to remember my dog and to be eager to help. I do not appreciate feeling that the care for my dogs ended the moment we left the building and that every visit is treated like a brand new intake. This has led us to seek another primary care provider for our pets. I know the last two years have been hard on everyone, but the drop in care and quality we ve experienced has been unacceptable.

It was a longer waiting time since my furry kiddo, Frasier wasn’t in critical condition. But that’s to be understood. We appreciate everything you did for us. He is pretty reactive at any vet’s office and everyone worked with him to make sure he was still getting the proper care that was needed. He is feeling much better and is on the mend. Thank you to all staff!!! Your hard work truly saves lives.

Cookie has done very good since our visit. I am really glad we took her there last Sunday
