All excellent. Couldn t get it to mark. I ve been with Noah s for more than 30 years and I continue to like the service and convenient location Use Noahs Caring Hands for wonderful grooming and support staff.

It only took a while because it was very late so I understand.

I can t express the appreciation for Noah s Hospital. We were terrified when we had to rush our dog to this emergency hospital because our dog had gotten bit by another dog and was bleeding severely. Their calm and comforting demeanor meant more than I can put into words. THEY took such kind and efficient care for our dog. Took time to answer all our questions. I ve had to call them several times after we brought her home about concerns and they were mire than happy to answer and offer suggestions. They deserve an award and I will always sing their praises because they are the best!!! Thanks so much, Noah s ??

All of the emergency vets in the area were telling me they were 5 to 6 hour waits and I was told it could be up to 2 or 3 hours if my cat was not deemed critical. She had stopped open mouth and vomiting breathing by the time I arrived and after a quick exam they determined she was not critical at the moment so they sent me to do paperwork and let them know if anything changes. We were in the room and seen by a vet within an hour of arriving. She was given some medicine and received a non-emergency service to an unrelated skin irritation within an hour of being in the room. We were released with our services well before the 3 hour expected wait.

The timing was reasonable since our situation wasn t life threatening. Both locations also worked with me to minimize the wait since it was so late at night. So even though 4 stars and say that is still amazing.

The service was great, but in the email, it repeats click here. Nothing major at all just noticed it. Thank you for the great service!

An employee told me that I could take my dog home and give him the at home treatments and he died not even 48 hours after I got the medicine into his system.. what a joke.

Very impressed with everyone s compassion and professionalism.

Trifectas was given at N.Noah Vet for a 20-40 lb dog and I was told this would be ok to take this dosage. foxy is a Toy (not miniature) Australian Shepard, 16 lbs. We went to the Southside Noah ER after he collapsed in the kitchen, eyes closed/could not wake up and they could not access Northside records. They monitored in a room but took no blood or administered no test, but said to go to the N.Noah Vet where they were familiar with him. We sat up all night and by morning he was still lethargic and limp. He was taken to Nside.Noah’s, testing and fluids given, results:liver and pancreas damage. Follow up next day by N.Noah Vet asked how foxy was doing, he was better/moving around, however no follow up advice or tests after 5 day rice/chicken diet to see about liver and pancreas issues. ? Initial dosage and advice was incorrect, side effected were severe. Miniature Australian Shepard is also and has been corrected multiple times on the record.

The staff was great. Thankyou very much for getting Marley in so quick! I was worried about him.

I was very pleased with the care Hugo (my dog) received. We were both treated kindly and with respect and professionalism from our initial contact through discharge. Thank you so much for the service you provide.

Overall I was happy with thier services, but I did find it a bit awkward that I had to wait out in my car the whole time (3 hours). A friend of mine took his cat there a few weeks ago and said he didn t have to do that. But it was a small price to pay to have my dog looked at quickly, as my regular vet was unavailable.

I was able to get her in there and they took care of her real fast

I came in for a specific reason and left with no answers and nothing done about the true problem she was having. They tried to charge me for the office visit twice, and wrapped my dog with adhesive wrap that I specifically asked not to use because it rips her hair out. This was the worst vet experience I have ever had and will never come come back or recommend

My iPad won’t let me click, but I would give you 5 stars in everything. I absolutely loved Noah 24 and recommend it to everyone. My pet was treated well by both the staff and veterinarian.

Everyone was super friendly, helpful, compassionate and understanding. I was so pleased with the care and being seen so quickly. I will recommend Noah’s Arc to anyone needing exception emergency vet care

The techs & nurses were great. I don’t understand why my dog was taken out of the room to be examined by a vet who asked me zero questions about my dog. She spent very little time examining my dog & I have no idea what she did! This does not build trust or confidence in me, as the customer. The vet came back & gave me her assessment , then proceeded to correct me when I questioned something. I know my dog: she has never seen her before. I also don’t understand why I was not allowed to view the X-rays w/the vet. I specifically asked if I could & was told no, but they could send them to me ( although the nurse said I wouldn’t be able to view them unless I have imaging equipment at home: as if anyone would) They recommended both morphine($60!) & a pain killer & when I asked why she needed both, they said she was in a great deal of pain. My dog literally got up on the side of my car door to greet the tech/nurse w/a wagging tail when we arrived. Honestly, I feel like I was being played emotionally & that is not pleasant At least they were able to see me: that’s more than I can say for my own vet.

Ill never be back
