I came to Noah s Animal Hospital with an emergency with my cat. The staff was caring and quick to our manage our needs. The Doctor was able to save our cat and we are very grateful. Thank you to everyone and have a wonderful New Year!

When I arrived at 6:45-7 PM, my dog and I immediately was taken to a room and a technician did not come to the room until a little after 9 PM. All we had to do was to get updated X-rays and that was it. We had to wait 3 hours or maybe a little bit more just to have something done that takes 10-15 mins tops. Definitely was not a good experience at all! I will NOT be back there EVER again.

My dog Bear was set to be neutered during our appointment. During previous wellness check appointments, we had discussed also doing the stomach flip surgery at he same time. After further review and discussion with outside vet technicians, we decided both surgeries at the same time would be too traumatizing for our dog, so on Monday of the week of Bear s surgery, I called into the office and requested that the scope of Bear s work to be limited to only him being neutered. I was assured changes were made in the system and that was no problem to remove the stomach flip procedure. The day of the surgery, when Bear was dropped off, no explanation was provided regarding what procedure(s) were scheduled, no details at all provided. The only document that was reviewed and signed was the document pertaining to resuscitation if something were to go wrong. We dropped him off around 6am, by 2pm there had been no word and he hadn t been through surgery yet so I called in. When I spoke to someone on the phone, there was no mention of what procedures were scheduled to be done, just that he was next in line for surgery. I was given a call around 3:30pm that day, informed that Bear s Surgeries had been done. I was in shock to hear that there were more than 1 surgery, as we had already cleared up he was only to be neutered. I was then told he could be picked up at 6pm. When I arrived at 6pm, I was put into a waiting room for over 45 minutes. The technician then came in and asked me to sign some documents, I did not want to sign but was told they were release documents that needed to be signed before I could take my dog home. I was not happy about the fact that an invasive surgery was performed on my dog without my permission. The tech I spoke with confirmed that in your computer system, the stomach flip surgery was in fact removed (from my call on Monday) and that she assumed they must of had a dated file on hand in the surgery room. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told he/she was busy . I asked to be called back, by whomever was in charge, which I was not. I was still charged for the stomach flip surgery, that we had asked to not be performed. I paid for it on the spot to get my dog so we could take him home. Knowing that there would be further discussion to challenge having to pay for a surgery I did not order to be done. My dog suffered horribly that night and for the next 7 days, I had to take off work and keep an eye on him night and day as he suffered through recovery. The stomach incision was the main problem. As far as I am concerned, there was some malpractice going on here. Your staff did not discuss what procedures would occur the day of the surgery, they showed us only page 3 of the procedure document to sign, performed an invasive surgery that we did not want done, THEN made me pay for the surgery. I was there for 7 hours and all but 1 hour (so 6 hours) were just waiting and I was not told in any way of the length of time I would be waiting. I feel the one thing they could improve on is the communication of amount of time a person will be in the facility as well as a more comfortable setting to wait that long. We had to sit on the floor and wait and was very uncomfortable. Other than that, I would give them five stars.

We were so appreciative of the staff and services provided! In a time of worry we felt very confident that our dog was getting the best care. We hope to not need another ER visit for one of our pets, but should that occur we will absolutely be back to Noah’s.

I have taken 2 pets to this location expecting outrageous bills and both times it wasn t nearly as much as I had thought. everyone is friendly and helpful everytime I call or have an appointment. you guys are all great.

Get rid of scented wax etc in waiting room. Quite a few people have respiratory sensitivities to this stuff. There are ESSENTIAL OILS that go on a warm delivery device that are NOT petroleum based and do not bother people with COPD, allergy or asthma. Other than that the experience at Noah s was very positive.

everyone was super friendly and helpful. my puppy had ingested something and i was very scared. the vet and the staff were very comforting and reassuring and they took great care of my puppy. they even gave me gloves, paper towels and a trash can to clean out my car from the mess pup had made. we had a great experience and he’s feeling much better!

Too long of a wait time between check in, seeing initial technician, and then waiting another 15 minutes to see the vet. We were the only patients from what I could see when we arrived.
