The veterinarian I saw was knowledge and explained things well. The vet tech was awesome and I like that she wanted to try to get my cat through the exam without sedating her. Honestly these two were such an improvement compared to the last couple years visits. I was seriously considering changing vets.

I have brought two kitties here, once to unfortunately put my long time best friend down and one who was struck by a car and lived! Both times the doctors and staff made me feel comfortable and they really showed how much they care about animals. I will always come back here for the incredible care and compassion they have for people s pets. Thank you!

FINLEY LOVES TO GO AND LOVES EVERYONE THERE HE IS A COCKER SPANIEL AND SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAVE A EAR INFECTION I HAVE HIM BATHED AND GROOMED EVERY 6 WEEKS AT THE TIME OF EAR ISSUES I KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR AS HE SHAKES ALSO TOLD THEM HE DOES NOT WANT TO EAT AT THIS TIME AND THEY WANT HIM TO CHANGE FOOD HE WILL BE 3 IN AUG AND HAS ALREADY HAS HAD CHANGED FOOD 4 TIMES TELLS ME HE HAS A SINSITIVE TUMMY I THINK ISSUE OF EARS IS NOT ADDRESSED I FEEL HE WONT DUE TO EARS GAVE ME MEDS LOOKED ON LINE SAW A PROBOTIC CHEW THAT SEEMS TO HELP OTHER DOGS BUT THEY JUST WANT TO CHANGE FOOD I SPOKE WITH GROOMER AND THEY PUT A LARGE COTTON BALL IN EACH EAR WHEN HE IS BATHED NEED HELP WITH EARS HAS BEEN A ISSUE FROM DAY 1 AND NOT THE FOOD I DONT THINK BUT I AM JUST HIS MOMMY AND HATE IT HE IS NOT WELL

All good! Two cats in for wellness exams. Rainy day, so the staff had me pull the car under the awning to make it easier.

In no way do I want to speak poorly on the staff, they were all amazing. It was just very unfortunate that we were there for 5 entire hours.

There was little transparency between wait times from seeing the various people. While I understand you need to prioritize high risk clients, there were times we thought we nearly done, but stuck in a room waiting for another hour for just a simple shot and drugs to be provided

Uncomfortable seating for a long wait time. Explanations were good, but condescending attitude and closing in on personal space was not appreciated. The room is very small. We are intelligent people who are well aware of our dog’s health issues and have given her excellent care. She was in crisis and we brought her in for help. You gave her good help. We were willing to pay for necessary services. We didn’t need aggressive tactics.

They took amazing care of my dog Salem! However I was told over the phone it would be 125( or around that) then I would be able to work out a payment plan. But that was not the case they wanted all the money before treating her. But I understand miscommunications can happen so I don’t blame them. It just sucked cause I was so worried about her and I do not work a job that I can just have all that money up front. Sorry for being this type. I understand completely but I wanted to let you know that someone is giving misinformation on the phone

A bit over priced if you ask me but excellent service

There should be better pricing and options. It shouldn’t be $1000 for a bandage, shot of antibiotics and a puppy Tylenol. If you so call care about these animals, stop price raping people and actually help.

Offering in-house payment plans instead of just CareCredit for costly services bills would help a lot of people.

The service provided was outstanding. My pet is feeling much better just a few days later. However, the amount charged is practically criminal. I understand that it is an emergency hospital but someone should not have to practically go bankrupt just so their pet doesn’t die, especially when there are so many animals in shelters. No wonder people don’t want to adopt pets, they could get evicted for failure to pay rent if the pet gets sick.

I m disappointed that you ll no longer provide perscriptions to Chewy. Although I was told the new plan was priced competitively with Chewy but it s not. I love the people a Noah s and the care Ghost receives there so I was sorry to hear that my neighbor had switched vets after being told by someone at Noah s that she could ONLY get perscriptions from the new provider. People don t like to be forced to do things, especially when it costs more money.
