I didn t rate excellent on time of wait , it had nothing to do with this practice. It was a Sunday evening, and my cat was not an emergency status, fortunately. There were a lot of pets being seen that were. They placed the patients in the order that was proper. I had no issue with my extended wait time. The people at Noah s Ark are fantastic and very caring.

I feel fortunate to have brought our puppy to this Veterinary Hospital. It was refreshing to have a veterinarian who provided all the necessary information and showed genuine care. I am excited to return and have already recommended this hospital to others.

Overall, we had a poor experience. The wait times in between one provider leaving the exam room to complete something and coming back were very long. While we were there, our dog only had blood work and then was given some injections. From the time that we were first seen until the time we were able to leave was about 4 hours or more. While we did understand the wait time to be seen initially, after we were first seen, anytime someone left the room to do something, we anticipated it would probably be another 45-60 minutes before we would see anyone. There were a number of times that I went out to look for someone, and there was no one around - even at the front desk, and only 1 other exam room with a patient (whom we heard complaining about the lack of personnel, attending to them as well). While they were explanations given for what could potentially be going on with our dog and treatment options, a lot of information was not thoroughly explained to us. Additionally, we felt like some of the way explanations were given was condescending. Ultimately, we regret going to your hospital, and felt like we spent a lot of money, and a lot of time in the middle of the night without any true results. We ended up having to hospitalize our dog the next day, and took her to VCA, and noticed a stark contrast in how we and our dog were treated. Additionally, VCA ended up injecting some medications, and found some very severe bruising on our dog’s leg in the very place that she had been injected at Noah’s. I have pictures of this. I’m very concerned that my dog was injured while in your care. We actually came to the hospital because when calling around to find a hospital that was available to see our dog after hours, I spoke with someone at a different location of yours who was very warm, understanding, asked lots of great questions, and explained things well and even over the phone. Unfortunately, she was at a different location than we went to. Perhaps, if we had gone to the hospital she was working out, we would have received better care. I don’t think we will ever be back to Noah’s, and quite honestly, I would not recommend anyone else do the same.

We waited some time to get into a room, a tech came in to see Zeus. She didn t do anything because when she tried to touch him he growled, she left the room and my son asked when he would see the vet. They said they were short-handed and there were other emergencies.We had been there for over two hours so we left

The restroom was out of order. They vet techs called ICU Nurse ? I am a nurse practitioner and believe that only registered nurses should use the professional title of NURSE, not the vet tech. An attempt to change the IN law failed last year so you should not use that term.

Bedside manner from the vet we had could have been better. She was kind of rude and treated me like I was an idiot when it comes to breeding my dog.

My vet wasn’t able to see us that evening. You were able to see my dog right away, the staff was so kind and welcoming and you provided wonderful care! Thank you for helping us! Daisy is feeling much better!

I spent over 2 hours there for just a bandage change. 45 mins of which was just waiting for my bill and at home instructions. Vet tech said they had a lot of emergency’s that came in, but during my time I witnessed several vet techs in the back on their phones for long periods of time. With the amount of money I spent I would appreciate some urgency especially in a emergency room.

Dr. Dory and her team were amazing! We traveled 3 hours, after being in an ER clinic for 7 hours, only to be turned away from another vet. We were blessed to find Noah s and the team took such excellent care of our Rivet! We were seen quickly, everything was explained thoroughly and the team was so kind.

Even though everyone was extremely busy and there was a lot to be done, everyone remained friendly, professional and kind. It can t be easy having such a huge work load every single day and going through the things they experience, and still remaining pleasant and calm. I was really impressed and it made all the difference. Thank you all.

The entire vet staff was exceptional in caring for my dog lexi in her time of need. She has made a complete recovery as a result!!

All the staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Johnson was great. I wish the visit price was cheaper, but with it being a weekend emergency, I understand. Unfortunately, our Little Toby did not make it. He passed away at our Vets office less than 24 hours after we were at the this office.

Everyone was very helpful and took time to explain what was happening with Birdie. She recovered quickly and is almost done with her crate restrictions and wearing the cone of shame. I’ve been to other emergency vets and Noahs was by far the best!

We waited close to 6 hours and left after over 7 hours. I understand that there were more urgent cases and I was surprised how well our dog did with the wait and a torn ligament. But it was way too long with nobody checking on our dog who was in pain. I dont know if there are or if it s reasonable to have 2 vets on staff. Otherwise we were grateful for the care we received. Thank you.

I brought one of my dogs in for a nail trim - she’s usually resistant to having her feet/nails touched. Clayton did an excellent job with our big (140 lbs) Drama Queen and even managed to get her current weight for us. We’ll definitely be back to see him!

The nurses and Dr Hartman were very helpful and explained everything to me. They are great. I will definitely go back if I ever need them again.
