In a series of unfortunate events did not make me feel like I was at fault and made sure I felt like they were taking care of my animal.

they were absolutely wonderful, everyone was, and Gabi my dog is already doing so much better thanks to the team.

Had an appointment but still had to wait 20 minutes after arrival to get in a room. Before getting in a room the vet tech came out to the waiting room with her clip board and wanted to ask questions about my dog and her general health with a room full of pets and owners. This Millersville Rd. location is generally a dump and needs to be remodeled and updated in the worst way!

It would be nice to be able to have a copy of the cost estimate to keep for your records. When I was in I didn t get a copy of it so it was hard to remember what each cost represented.

I m am extremely satisfied with the compassion and knowledge of the staff. Xavier was taken care of and is healing well after surgery. I plan to make Noah s my primary care for my pets.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Dr. took time to explain the surgery. They really care about the animals. Would highly recommend this facility.

I d like to suggest that since our pets are verrry important to us...please be sure to show kindness and concern..not just straight to the point answers

Nurse Madison and Dr. Hartman were amazing during our visit! Madison was great about getting on Sadie s level and making her feel more comfortable. Sadie absolutely loved her by the end of the visit. I felt so heard and that they were very committed to making sure she felt better! Thank you so much!

My pet passed away 8 hrs after being seen.

This facility is my first choice for emergency care. It s always clean and the staff are always friendly. The wait time could be better, but other than that this place is very exceptional!! Thank you, Noah s

I would absolutely recommend Noah’s Animal Hospital and will to all of my friends and family. Their team was understanding and calm while my doggo/ daughter was seen. She’d been bitten aggressively and was terrified. The team at Noah’s was able to calmly treat her and- though she was shaking from fear- that dissipated with the ability for me to be in contact throughout the entire interaction. Thank you endlessly to the entire team at Noah’s. Especially the “good girls” on the way out to boost her mood. I will always be indebted.

Please keep in mind the walls are thin and voices carry. I didn t appreciate hearing two techs debating whether they would spend so much on a cat with these problems. It is hard enough to make decisions about my pet s life or death without hearing that.

Waited four and a half hours, was charged $671, which I thought was exorbitant. The vet scared me to death when the first thing she said was that my dog might be experiencing congestive heart failure! (I brought him in because I thought he might have had kennel cough.) I’m thankful that he had neither!

All the staff were wonderful to work with. Patient and kind.

The office was very slow we were the only clients there however it took forever I had records sent over from Indy med vet and your clinic wanted to repeat all of the test. The estimate was $4700 to overnight my dog one night with oxygen, and till she could be moved to VCA specialty clinic, however I told them all the dogs needed was a night stay with oxygen the final bill was about $1500. The dog was only there for 17 hours and they couldn’t even find her blanket that was left for her.

Soonest appointment was over a week out, which I guess I can understand but still dont like it when my pet is suffering. Staff called me back when they had a cancelation and moved me up, but only saved a day or two. Biggest issue was that it was way too expensive. Was seen for less than 5 minutes, which was fine, enough to diagnose and treat the problem. But not worth the $80 charge for the visit and $100 s for meds.

I am very thankful to the whole staff. It was what seemed like a very busy night. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Everyone I had contact with was very patient and pleasant.

Dr Wright is a wonderful Dr. We feel both she and the rest of the staff really care about Ghost and his health. I was really touched when I dropped by to pick up some meds and the intake tech asked how Ghost was doing because her shift ended before we left after our visit.

We had a very difficult decision to make and I truly appreciate the staff and the doctor spending time discussing alternatives. There was also laughter and smiles and cuddles which made everything better. I know the staff has to deal with emergencies and life threatening situations, but I appreciate them keeping levity with each other. Very nice to have that environment when dealing with succh stressful situations.
