I have one small question. Why is it more expensive to use a credit card than to use cash ? Either way I will always bring my pets and recommend your facility to anyone who needs it.

I thought it expensive for what Boh had done.

We are very impressed with your staff! Both the assistant and Vet were friendly, courteous, and gentle with our little 5lb. rescue (who has a tendency to be anxious)We felt the exam was thorough as well!

Thank goodness the tourists are gone and the drive from Georgetown was so much faster. I ve never had a bad experience in all the times we ve taken the puppies to you. All the staff is friendly, helpful and competent. I try not to audibly shudder at the cost of some of the meds (Apoquel)but I know they make Gabby feel better.

Some concerns related to the tech were not addressed by vet Also no estimate for teeth cleaning emailed even tho it was vets suggestion

We love Dr Flood but feel $200. Is way too much to be charged for an ear infection for one of our babies!!! We just can’t afford it and don’t want to hesitate getting vet care when our babies need you...

I wasn t feeling well and worried I wasn t going to be able to sit down but there was seating for me thank goodness. Teddy seems to be doing fine. Thank you for your service he s on the mend now. He must have been suffering with all those bad teeth. !

The staff are wonderful: from the front office to the examination room. They are loving and this quells any anxiety I feel as a pet parent!

Dr. Flood provided excellent initial service and continues to adjust our cat s treatment to help her get better.

My total cost was $500.00 my dog was sick and i was willing to pay the amount but i would have to consider the cost in the future before making another appointment i will investigate routine cost for rabies shots etc.

Had to wAit an hour

All staff have always been helpful at every level, and accommodating re appointments. Yesterday was an emergency and both Nina and I were very well taken care of, to add, Dr. Fantasia was in control of the situation, so kind and caring to me and my Nina. I ve always had confidence in Dr Maniatty and now too with Dr. Fantasia. I m grateful that we have Precious Paws here in OC

Dr. Flood and staff are fabulous! The only suggestion (since you asked) is rather an inquiry into what might be down at Precious Paws and regionally for making care more accessible financially. There is likely a strong thread between the hundreds upon hundreds of abandoned cats and low adoption rates. Having relocated from NY state (expensive) to MD, we were astonished that the cost for pet health care was almost twice the cost of that in our last state. It s all connected.

If u are a fix income not mentioning cost. Per dog then saying it is $ 350 + expecting us to be embarrassed about paying so we pay and our monthly usable income is stressed Just a thought
