Great vet first time our dog was not afraid

AS usual, professional, polite service. Thank you for all you do for my cats and me.

Your office is HUGELY more expensive than my last group of Veterinarians in Middletown, DE. I understand your overhead and all of the folks who are earning their living, but I also noticed that I wasn t the only customer who was less than thrilled with the final bill. I m used to $100 or less, and I am usually paying over $300 when I visit your office. That s a BIG chunk of money.

I’m not happy with the care I received. I was told my dog would be started on iv fluids right away and 4 hours later when I get a phone call to pick him up he was never started on fluids or antibiotics like I was told.

No fees were explained to me. I took Mocha in for just an annual exam, expecting just a comprehensive exam fee.I had paid $165. for the Sr. wellness profile last year, but did not know that it would be added to the $66 comprehensive exam every year since there were no symptoms of anything wrong.This year during her teeth/gum exam, Mocha s favorite Dr. Maniatty did diagnose that she needed a tooth extraction, which was scheduled for 9/27 in the Ocean City office.

I had a tech appointment @ 11:00. After 25 minutes waiting with a nervous dog, the test took at the most 10 minutes.

The waiting room tends to get overcrowded. That has been my experience the last two visits.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to see our baby on the day I called them. Three other vets were either not taking new patients or would see us 3 weeks out. Not very helpful when your pet needs to be seen right away. They are now our vet of choice.

Staff from the front desk to the technicians to the doctor were accommodating and very friendly. The facility was very clean and welcoming. It was a very professional atmosphere and I look forward to having my dog Lisa bring cared for in such a comfortable facility

Absolutely the nicest personnel I ve ever met at a veterinary clinic. And so knowledgeable and helpful. My two cats were scared to go there, but once there, they actually purred all throughout their exams! I was even more impressed. Thank you for providing such wonderful care to your clients.

Very thorough examination, timely follow up call from doctor.

Our dog has cancer. Throughout the past year we ve had to take Snoop to Newarark to see cancer specialist. In between those visits Dr Maniotty has seen Snoop for various ailments and bloodwork. He spends time with us, gets down to Snoops level and interacts with him. This last visit he told me that he would even come to our house to help Snoop go to doggie heaven when his time comes. That goes above and beyond being a vet and animal lover. It is so very much appreciated, can t express how much that means to us. Not bad for a Steelers fan! (Just had to include that)!

I was very happy to be able to bring in my cat who was suffering from a UTI. The care he received was great! My concern is that prices are a bit expensive. ($277 and that included my discount.)

Everyone was helpful, courteous, and had a great bedside manner with my dog. We had a wonderful experience.

I had a hard time getting an appointment. The girl answering the phone talked so fast I could not understand her. Slow down, take your time and take your time.
