Oscar had gotten his foot caught in the screen door and it was locked and he was literally screaming but he was scared and in a lot of discomfort, I panicked and called and they fit him in an hour later.

Precious Paws was highly recommended to us by Brenda and Jim Meckley and our visit proved them to be right. We were pleased with everything and have to excuse Smokey for being a bad cat about having his toenails clipped. I will get back to you in a few days to make the appointment for nail clipping.

When walking in, I was never greeted by the girls behind the counter. Usually, I am always being greeted by Tammy or Michelle (I think that was her name). Also when checking out, not once did the lady make eye contact with me. Not sure what happened to Tammy and Michelle... but was very disappointed to not see them. They were always very friendly and felt like family.

I greatly appreciated that my dog, Marley, was seen right away, at the onset of her condition. Dr. Fantasia was incredibly good and is very impressive as a veterinarian. Thank you.

My Sammy is 100 lb lab who turns into a big chicken at the vet. All his resistance is met w caring and kindness and determination to check him out. Makes me feel that he is in good hands.

When ever I go to your clinic, the vet will look in his eyes, bend his hind legs, and charge me $66 for a physical exam. I brought him there for a hot spot. Never leave there for under $150. It s too expensive for me. He s had 3 physical exams in a year. Hell , I only get 1 a year. I ve had 6 dogs and 4 cats I. My lifetime, all in Delaware, and never was charged the high amounts that you guys charge

My dog and I waited close to an hour for our appointment time. My dog is very anxious and barks while waiting so I had to walk her outside the entire time. Patients came in after us, were seen and had left before we were even called back. Regradless, waiting an hour for an appointment is unacceptable.
