I waited approximately an hour in the waiting room for my morning appointment

The X-ray was difficult to interpret. Not sure if there could be better equipment out there. Dr. Lovens is by far the best vet I’ve dealt with and I have dealt with seven practices.

The appointments were about an hour behind, I allowed the Vet who wasn’t backed up to see my cat. I would’ve prefer to stay at home and come at a different time. Too much stress on my pet??

We recently moved to Delaware and a neighbor recommended Precious Paws Animal Hospital. We are so glad that he did! The staff is very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this practice!

My fur baby can be a little difficult to handle but Dr. Flood and Lisa, her Tech, did a wonderful job of keeping her gently under control. As always everyone at Precious Paws not only do an outstanding job addressing the medical concerns but are kind and loving with the animals and their owners.

Dr. BROWN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE TREATED MY DOG WITH CARE AND COMPASSION.

Maybe this is something out of your control, but I felt like the waiting room was really small, and then the room they saw my pet in was HUGE. I don’t know if all the other rooms are like that but it was a little strange. Maybe at some point you can reconfigure the layout to give more space back to the waiting room? Just a thought I had. Everything else about the visit was great!

Let the customer pay the bill before you bring the pet out.

I really appreciate the same day appointment for my dog Finn. I wasn t sure if his condition was an emergency or not and I felt relieved after our visit!

Dr. Ally is fantastic. Very informative and takes time with both owners and their pets. Warm atmosphere, techs are professional and loving to the animals.
