Wonderful staff!! So caring, answer questions. If they don’t know the answer they find out for you. Communicate well before and after appointments. Doctors are awesome, my son’s dog is terrified and they always make sure they exam her first and did so quickly. Recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet.

everything was great,we live in oc part time, so it s important we have a great vet to see in emergency situations when we can t wait to get to harford county to see our regular vet. We have been very pleased with the care and service we have received. thanks

being new to the area I was worried about finding a new vet for Gypsy and Zoe. So many people recommended Precious Paws that I had to try them out. So happy that I listened to friends ! Gypsy and Zoe now have a GREAT new vet staff to keep them healthy and happy

Everything was great regarding the appointment. Trying to call to make the appointment and thereafter were not great as I was put on hold each time I called (before ever speaking to someone) and it was for an average of 5-8 minutes every single time. Maybe hire someone to help with phones, that seemed too consistent of a problem.

Love for animals & their health & well-being was evident.

Wait time is always long at his office. Staff is alwsys friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff and vet were so wonderful. We were there during the holidays so only one vet was in the office and was running very behind. The staff was apologetic and the vet was worth the wait!!

I appreciate the time the vet took to tell me about Maisie and the very competent vet tech who took are of Maisie getting her rabies shot.

Dr. Flood was nice enough but the tech could have been nicer. The place seemed a little dirty to me.

I received a follow up call a day later to see how my dog was doing. I don’t even get that from my own doctor!

Our visit went very well. Happy holidays.

I was thrilled with Dr. Loving. She spent a lot of time with us and explained and answered all of our questions! Dr. Loving takes very good care of Shay, giving us choices about her healthcare without pressure.
