Such a nice homey feeling for our first visit being new to the area. I m sure I will become close to everyone here as I was with our last vet in Upstate NY. since Baron has epilepsy. My name is Timothy Nyce and I had been a recent patient with my recent exotic pet Milo who was a hedgehog that we had just lost due a disorder called Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome. I couldn t express how loving, warm, and caring your practice is. The knowledge you provided me and the care aswell is one I d never forget and recommend to anyone out there. From the people up front, to the vet techs, and Dr. John Maniatty himself who was so delicate with our little guy. He is a wonderful man with vast knowledge who I personally thank for everything he did with my little Milo. You all have such a wonderful practice and your staff is second to none. If I could give 10 starts across all the questions I would. Thank you all for making me feel like I was truly at the right place for assistance. Thank you for all the help you provided Milo too. I truly felt as if it extended his time with me as well. I ll never forget how wonderful you all were every step through and if I end up getting another hedgehog, I ll know where I am going and who to see.

Your receptionists are always so helpful getting us in to see a vet or a tech, quickly! Dr. Ali Lovins always makes me feel that she s taking a personal interest in my Yorkie, and has reassured me on numerous occasions.

After I got 6-8 treats for my two big dogs (to help distract them from other dogs), front office staff wrote note on treat jar to allow just one. I do not consider what I took in full view of everyone in the facility to be excessive. I felt insulted and taken aback by their action. Considering the amount of money I spend every time I walk through the door, taking 6-8 treats for two dogs seems very reasonable to me. Remove the note. Further on at least three occasions, front office staff have failed to register the reward program at the time of payment despite receiving my request to do so. LOVE Dr Flood and Larissa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
