The staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Ali even called me personally with Stryker s blood test results. I couldn t imagine trusting him to anyone else. They are there in good times and bad. You ARE my animal hospital!

We are new to the area, and needed treatment for an eye issue for our dog Sam. I would like to commend the office staff and vet techs at Precious Paws - very friendly, helpful, patient and really good to Sam. Went out of their way to attend to him and make him comfortable. Our first visit was long, but the vet spent a great deal of time with us during the visit, and I was with Sam most of the time. Unfortunately, I was not able to be with Sam for our second visit - a recheck exam. I did not get to meet the vet (different from our first visit) on our second visit, so it would have been comforting to me for her to come out after examining Sam, quickly introduce herself and give me a brief statement about his condition. Overall pleased with our care so far -- hard to give my furry guy up to people I am not familiar with yet.

I did have a long wait to be seen. However I do understand that you were very busy that afternoon. Thank you for treating Lucy with love and compassion.

Ridiculous wait time when I was the only one in the office when I arrived.

I didn’t know that there were several blood tests run which is fine and would explain the cost that was incurred because I thought just 2 test were being done

very good but expensive

Cyour pricing is high for the services received. My vet back in north potomac, md charged $25 total for the same service and to charge $25 plus 14.50for the tech appt is a bit much!

I? understand certain procedures are needed, but a heads up on costs of things might be nice...instead of being blindsided when you’re called up to pay a bill. And although paying the bill wasn’t a problem, maybe a payment plan option could be nice. I? heard many people receiving special offers and things while waiting but I? wasn’t offered anything or asked to join anything to receive future offers.

Everyone at precious paws is very helpful and professional. They take very good care of my pets.

Everyone there was so very nice,compassionate and made my experience with my sick dog a lot more bearable. The staff there is fabulous! You can absolutely tell how compassionate and dedicated they are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

compared to other vets, your prices are higher. you seem to charge for every little thing. Dr. Maniatti is a very good vet. Just making those points.

The Ocean View office is superb. The receptionists and vet techs as well. I would not go anywhere else as long as I am this area.

I don t know if any answers were recorded above. Just want to let you know that Dr. Flood and the Staff that assisted us was, Top Notch . They were very professional and an asset to the Hospital. I did mark excellent for all six categories, as were were taken right away, and the wait was minimal. We have been with your Hospital a number of years and do not anticipate any changes.
