I was not Satisfied with the amount of money I had to pay for my dogs ear infection clearly we knew what it was she is difficult to look at and I was charged $143 and went home with drops to use for 21 days and after two days the drops are almost gone

We would never think of taking andie anywhere else. So kind and friendly but professional too. Very pleasant experience.

And thank you for the good care that he received to get him back to being a healthy pup so that he was able to be adopted. Was great to get an appt on very short notice. Being on vacation not sure what we were going to do. Found Precious Paws online and called. Obtained an appt within 2 hrs. All employees for very professional and I feel had our dog as top priority. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

This was my first visit and I was so impressed with the wonderful staff. Everyone was very compassionate, patient and professional dealing with a very traumatic accident to my cat. They spent as much time as I needed to explain the treatment plan, surgery and followup for my pet. I so appreciated the care that we received and the terrific staff. My cat is recovered and doing great and I am grateful that I brought him to Precious Paws.

I waited 45 minutes. There was no emergency going on there. It didn t seem that busy. I really value my time and that was way too long to wait. But since I love my pet, I waited. I would have left my own doctors appointment if I had to wait that long.

I was greatly relieved to get an appointment the same day I called. Dr. Ali is great. She was very thorough in her examination of my cat and I feel very comfortable with her. She has taken care of my new kitten also. After prescribed RX s Izzy is so much better. I will be returning in September for Neutering of the kitten. Your staff is great too! I love that the office is 5 minutes from my home. I have 2 more cats to introduce!

I love this animal hospital. Dr. Flood is fantastic with our cats Tucker and Maggie. In fact this last visit she and a tech aide had to come to the house and administer the shots to Maggie cause we couldn t get her into the carrier. We had to to cancel and reschedule two times because of Maggie and there was no problem doing it!

The veterinarian and his assistants were professional. And knowledgeable. However the time that I waited to see them and then the time that it took to have my dog back with me and the time it took to get medicine and my bill were unacceptable. I was there for 1.5 hours. 15 minutes we were with the doctor and the rest of the time I was waiting.

I was very impressed with quality of care my dog received The staff was extra sweet to spend time grooming and calming Sadie. Thank you.

I called on the phone and got the prices for the services for my two teacup yorkies. While the examination the Dr. came in and started examining them and I even said I didn t think I was seeing a doctor today. I ended up having to pay an extra $120 more than I expected for a two minute exam that I did not expect or ask for. I should be refunded this amount. My dogs are in very good condition and I was just coming in for shots and tests.

Dr. Maniatty is Wonderful! He s gentle with our cats and really seems to care. It s good to have a vet you can trust. Seems like they overbooked themselves that afternoon - 55 minute wait was stressful.
