I am so sorry to say we had a terrible experience. We waited for two hours, a number of others families with appointments that were scheduled after us were seen before us, and one of the waiting rooms had a flea infestation.

I had an appointment for 5 pm which I got in and saw one of the assistants immediately. My only issue was waiting almost 20 - 25 minutes for the doctor to come in. I had both my dogs who were going crazy in the room waiting.

The only negative I have is that there was a staff meeting prior to my appointment and I needed to wait outside. I would not have minded waiting outside if the weather was warmer but it was pretty cold out on this day. Someone should have opened the front door and let people sit in the lobby versus the cold.

I would highly recommend this Vet practice. We just moved to Ocean View recently and had not time to find a new vet for our bengal cats. We have adopted them as our new Vet.

The doctor and nurse were very nice to me and my baby, but it seems they lost some of his information from previous visits. He was previously diagnosed with Lymes disease there but they asked if we wanted to give a preventative lymes shot. We also had the senior check up given to him but it didn t seem like much was done for the $174 charged. We like the doctor and nurses but the prices seem to always be high. There hasn t been a time when we haven t walked out spending less than a couple hundred dollars.
