We felt that it took too long to get the pain meds that I requested over the phone.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the tech to the doctor were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took wonderful care of my Suki kitty. Thank you.

Everyone was great - courteous, attentive and professional. The entire team - front office, clinical, etc. was great!

The Vet Tech was exceptional, as was the Vet.

$24 to have my 41/2 lb pup’s nails cut seems excessive.

Seems to take a long time to check out when finished. Sometimes as long as the. Is it itself. The waiting area needs to be cleaned, chairs need wiping, usually a mess.

Excellent in each category and feel very lucky to know Bella is always in capable and caring hands. Vets terrific, techs terrific, front desk terrific.

We cannot thank Precious Paws Animal Hospital enough for their wonderful care of our dog, Tucker, while we were on vacation. I appreciate the amount of time the Dr.s and vet tech spend with us. They seem very dedicated to their practice and the well being of their patients.

Past records were checked to verify what was needed . There was very little wait and all the techs explained in detail what needed to be done. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you.

This office was fantastic. All of the staff that we interacted with were professional and very nice. They were able to get us in when our usual vet wasn’t able to for over a month. I will continue to use this office and the vet over my usual vet. They made every effort to make me, my large Great Dane and my children who were with me comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this veteran and office staff!!! I wish I had found them sooner.

We were very impressed that the DR left the office to make an at House emergency visit for an elderly owner and her pet. For that alone I give the office FIVE Stars. I could not give five stars for time spent with us as that we never met the Vet. Unfortunately we needed to leave . We will reschedule and return .

I was there twice in the last 10 days so I do not know which of the 2 appointments this is for. I would give the highest marks for both.

Dr. Flood is very professional, and an asset to your office.

Nobody followed up on my request to get my dog a shot until I arrived in office. I made a trip for nothing . I have to get script and return for another visit!!

Our experience with Precious Paws was wonderful. Our puppy had gotten sick while we were at the beach, we found him and panicked. Precious Paws took us in without an appointment 15 minutes before closing. Everyone was so friendly and caring, which helped to calm us down and our baby gradually got better after some time and tests to rule things out. We will be forever grateful!
