Here is a message from my cats regarding the waiting room. The waiting room at our vet in PA has separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. As you don t, they would like people to know this. A message from my cats to all dog owners: When you are at the vet, while our human thinks your flea bitten, mangy, half blind heavy breathing, panting, pacing dog is absolutely adorable, we are traumatized out of our little minds by being taken in the carrier in the car to the vet ( 3 things we hate the most). We are anxious and scared of your beautiful friend breathing in our faces. We re trapped in this torture chamber and can t escape. While we understand that a retractable ( and by its very function, extendable) leash is a most wonderful invention at the park or on walkies, it wasn t meant to let your hound wander all over the vet s waiting room allowing your mutt to to stick its wet nose in our carrier. When our human politely ( and somewhat wimpily, to our minds,) suggests that your sweet doggy is making her cats more anxious, don t suggest that she put a blanket over our carrier so that we cant see the threat. It s not like she is a magician who can pull a blanket out of thin air or going to whip off her top in public to cover us.Plus we aren t deaf. Just pull up on the maniacal beast s leash and keep him by your side. They really would like you to put up a sign asking the dog owners to keep their pets next to them and not bother the felines . (And provide a large mallet for use on dog owners who ignore said sign. ) Please and thank you.

Nice bedside manner by vet tech and Dr. Flood is always a joy to work with for both my dog Joey and cat Tony.

I spent over 600 dollars in 2 days. My dog had a bout of pancreatitis. Wish there were follow up phone call next day to see how patient is doing or questions /concerns.

It would be wonderful if you could find a way to increase your waiting room space and seating...maybe even with an enclosed porch outside of the front door with benches along its walls.

As always the staff and doctors at Precious Paws took excellent care of my cat. We got in on short notice and were seen almost immediately. Dr. Ally Lovins and her assistant Marie were gentle and caring during the examination and Dr. Ally took extra time to explain the results of the tests. Tanya and Michelle at the front desk are always welcoming as well. I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and level of care at this vet. Highly recommended.
