Waiting times vary wildly; this time was great, but in the past I have been made to wait for almost an hour. Hopefully this visit was indicative of a more consistent and punctual wait time.

I felt that I had to beg to be seen. Once we arrived the care Georgie received was top notch. Thank you.

Dr. Maniotti and his staff are wonderful beyond words. Thorough and patient, caring and sincere. In the future a suggestion for new parrot patients would be to ask how much has been removed from nails/beak/feathers at their last vet before doing the filing. In our case it was too much and appeared to hurt his feeling in his feet for a couple days. He actually held his feet up. I would also like a weight taken every time just to keep a check if it s staying about the same. Thank you. Saundra and Willy

Over priced. Appt time was 9:00am and I waited for 25 mins before I was even addressed, then my pet wasn’t seen until nearly an hour after arrival.

We love Dr. Maniatty and the entire staff. They are a very caring group of people.

Since I was at this facility several times, I have answered the survey considering all the visits.So question 2 is affected by one of the times when I had to wait @ an hour and a half. There was only one Vet and he was handling an unexpected complication. Regarding question 3, I did receive an explanation of what was done to my dog but I have no idea how long the staff spent with her because I was not present. The assistant took my dog and I waited in another room. I would have prefered to be present. When I take my pets to my regular vet, I am in the room while they are examined and the vet explains what he/she is doing pretyy much the same way as when I go to my own physician. Regarding question 5, I was told how much was the visit including the procedure done. The 2 other visits were to follow up and there were no additional charges.

I called on July 5th to make an appt for my dog to be seen. They gave me an appt for 10:30am.Told me a credit card # was required in order to get appt. After being seen & paying for x-rays, blood work to be back in 24 hours to get a diagnosis-I called the next day 3 to 4 times. Only to be told the results were not back even thought I paid for 24hours results. I finally got a call back from the Vet at 5pm with partial results. The rest could take up to 3 days. Today is the 6th day & I have not heard back with test results.They sent me home with antibiotics and 3 other medications. This Vet felt is was a tick related problem. My dog was not getting any better so I had to take my dog to an Emergency visit to AAVEC where he was diagnosed with an infection that had nothing to do with ticks. The medications that were given to us at Precious Paws were wrong & not effective. I feel I should be refunded at the least for blood work that I never received results for that were due back to me in 24 hours. Roger Sterling (301) 466-3645

On a previous occasion I had to wait a very long time. Not on this visit though. My only complaint has been occasional long wait times.

The vet and the assistant very nice, friendly and professional, both towards me and our new kittens.

I heard Bart screaming. And I was so upset I just took him home. I cant even tell that front nails were clipped

They were all great with my cat who was not happy to be there! I have been to other places and the doctors and all of the staff here are by far the best!!!
