Everyone was great except for one young male vet tech who we had limited interaction with but seemed unfriendly and indifferent to humans and animals. He was a deep contrast to everyone else that worked there.

I really like and value the veterinary care my pet receives, which is most important. I have found the waiting times to be seen to be very long though ... I believe we waited 40 minutes before we were taken into one of the rooms and had to wait several more minutes in the room. Pehaps fewer appointments should be scheduled or clients could be called to advise them of delays. With such a small waiting area, this may be an issue worth addressing.

Great office staff - friendly and very attentive. The doctor was kind and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this practice. I’ve had many pets over the years, both cats and dogs. My husband and I recently moved to Ocean Pines after retiring, and we needed a vet for our fur baby, Crystal. You were recommended by a neighbor. I have to say that Dr. John Maniatty is the best vet Of all the vets I’ve brought my pets to. Crystal received the most thorough exam ever, and although I’m sad that I have to bring her back for an all day dental procedure, and I found out she has a hind leg knee problem, I feel confident that she is now receiving a high level of care. Your office staff is courteous, professional and caring. Thank you.

I didn t ask about the bill so maybe that s why it wasn t explained but it would have been nice to be told as the treatment was going on how much each thing was going to cost so the bill at the end wouldn t be so shocking
