Great staff. They know my dog and myself. The staff is very welcoming.

It would be nice if you had hand held beepers that let you know your pet was ready to be seen (like restaurants use) so you could leave the waiting room with your pet to give them a break and let them be outside walking around to reduce their stress.

Only a 2 on billing procedure because i dont recall talking to anyone about billing until i was told by the the very nice lady up front what the bill was!

I noticed this time, a tech came out to us in the lobby while the exam rooms were full & took down general information so that when we did get into a room we were further ahead & that minimized time in the exam room & at the vet in general. That was good.

Precious Paws really cares about our “kids”. Had a scary emergency this past week and they did everything possible to get us in as soon as possible, had the resources and advice needed, and did it all with compassion. Can’t ask for more than that! Highly recommend this office - from the receptionists to the doctors, they are the best of the best!

Not a single employee introduced themself. I did not know that the Vet was not one of the 4 previous techs that did tests on my cat. The estimate was $10 less than the previous, after the $160 in lab tests and diagnostics. The surgery price should have dropped by almost $200, yet is the same cost. Not impressed by much

the only thing I don t like is how long it takes to check out. by time i get to check out my dog is ready to go out the door and it always takes too long. not front desk fault, they have to wait to get invoice then they do it quickly. why does it take so long?

My only comment is the cost. When I wait for my bill to be prepared I try to guess how much it is going to be. I try to guess high. The bill is almost always twice my guess. This last visit? I figured $80-100. Actual, $180. Love the staff and doctors but the cost seems really high.

Absolutely loved Dr. Fantasia Maniatty! She was so helpful with my new mini dachshund. Can’t wait for Belle to see here again! ??

We came for a second opinion. We got more information than with our first opinion. We felt Dr. Maniatty was willing to spend whatever time we needed to answer any and all questions we had. The follow up information was promptly received.

This was my first visit to this office. The staff was very friendly and played with my puppy, which I appreciated. They made me feel like they do care about animals.

I really appreciate being able to be seen quickly, and the kindness of the staff. However, your prices are 3x more expensive than any vet clinic I have ever been to. I was told prices at all during my visit. These prices make it so that I will not return. I would also suggest keeping the rooms more organized, having supplies scattered across the counters does not make a good impression.

The waiting time delay was due to an Emergency for Dr. Flood. However, we worked together to make sure Reba was seen and received her Rabies and other testing in a timely fashion. It was a team effort by all.

This practice is great. Very concerned and caring. Answered all questions clearly.

Everything was good. Jake has been fine. No side effects from vaccines. We are happy !! Linda Underwood
