This is the second time I have had a dog that required emergency services, in both instances this office has been able to quickly provide support to ensure my dog(s) were seen that day. In one instance the dog was not even one of their patients. I have only the highest regard for this establishment.

Shared the history of the recent surgery of our dog I don’t think the attending doctor looked at the chart at all he said she had a gum infection which was not the case in addition to her colon being swollen which was also not the case. We had to bring her back 2 1/2 weeks later to find out she was bleeding internally her gums were white because she was losing blood and going anemic. We had to unfortunately put her down because she was too far gone And we’re very happy with the attending doctor at that time but I do think our first visit on June 9 many of what was prescribed were incorrect my mind possibly shorten her life since The sample was gathered and she had worms but that was not even mentioned by the doctor. I would like the meds returned and donated back to the hospital to be a partial credit If possible. We also asked for her to be cremated and ask for just a paw print on paper we also we’re giving a cement paw print that we did not not need and were charged for it. We will be coming to get her remains today. In the end it was peaceful and thankful for that.

Under current circumstances, I think your office handled Molly’s visit perfectly. Everyone was helpful, quick, and very friendly. Thank you for keeping our fur babies healthy in spite of such impersonal situations. I felt the love.

I thought the doctor was excellent, she spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I tried to fill out the form but the values would not register.

We got excellent help and first class treatment from Dr. Maniatty and staff for our pet Maltese Bella. We appreciate the time and effort Dr. Maniatty spent on our behalf and her thoughtful explanation of her diagnosis and findings regarding Bella s discomfort. We love Precious Paws!

Dr. Heminway was very unsure of what was going on with my dog. He gave little guidance as to what he would recommend as the next step. I would not want him to see my dog again. I felt super uneasy when I left.

I was very thankful that Dukey was diagnosed quickly and a plan of care was put in place. Things went well considering covid-19 precautions. God bless all of you who helped with Dukey s care.

Please consider putting some benches outside for clients to wait. I waited 35 minutes before staff came out to get my dog. Kind of long to be running the engine

Should have checked my bill before leaving....pricing was fine for visit and most meds. A med was given for possible use IF needed for nausea. However,it shocked me at $60 for an extra. Pricing could have been explained and I could have checked before leaving...disappointed in both cases.

Due to covid-19 we were not permitted to go in the office but the staff came out quickly and are always extremely friendly and give our dog a great welcoming so he isn’t afraid to go with them!
