Everyone was amazing. We have one nervous dog and they accommodate him and give him all the love. Apollo and Draco love the ocean view practice!

My cat was seen the same day and given the treatment he needed. His appointment was at the beginning of the pandemic and Precious Paws already had a great plan in place. I cannot thank you enough for the care that was given to my pet!

All I was looking for was advice as to whether I could administer any kind of tick medication after having used a topical flea medication on my cat. When I called the office I said I had a question, but I was told no advice could be given prior to examining my pet. Generally, I can understand this policy. I made an appointment. My cat was not due for any shots or other care, so to my knowledge all that was done was he was looked at and weighed. Then I was informed that I should not ever double up any flea/tick medications, regardless of the type. That question could ve been answered over the phone since it had nothing to do with the current health of my cat. My husband and I have both been furloughed due to COVID-19, so it was particularly frustrating to spend $73 for nothing. I can t really comment on the cleanliness or the ammount of time spent with me, since I did not enter the building (due to COVID-19 precautions).

I actually liked the parking lot pick up, it probably made my dogs less stressed by not being in waiting room and seeing other dogs. The whole process was definitely less stressful for me. This is the only good thing about the whole shelter in place directives. I am glad you all are still working to keep my pets healthy. Thank you all !

I would like to be asked before procedures are done so I can agree to expense otherwise everything is always great with this provider.

Was able to get an appointment the day I called. The office staff was wonderful to squeeze us in! Was unable to go inside the office because of COVID 19. Very impressed that precautions were taken! Thank you very much.

Under the current circumstances, the appointment was satisfactory. I do like to be with my dog when visiting the facilities.

I love Precious Paws but especially the receptionist Tania. In the two years I have been going to Precious Paws Tania has always gone above and beyond to help me, answer my questions and if she can’t help me finds out who can. My cat is diabetic so I always have a lot of questions and concerns.

My dog had a broken dew claw and was in a great deal of pain. I called and was helped immediately. Giggy was seen within an hour of calling. I greatly appreciate the immediate help and care the staff provided to my Giggy. Thank you so much

Keep up the great care and friendliness. Even though pill directions are explained orally and are on the bottle, it would be helpful to have what is written on the bottle on a paper ... maybe on the bill summary. I always”read around the bottle” and put on a calendar . No “biggie”!

When arriving for first visit with my rescue dog, I had to answer many questions that I had already answered when scheduling appointment. Not a big issue but thought they already had my information. Staff was friendly and efficient. I received verbal info on procedures performed but did not receive itemization of procedures performed and cost per procedure, email or otherwise. Overall pleased but wish I would have been given an itemized report of procedures performed and cost per procedurejj

The staff should have made me aware when I made the appointment the new polices that are in place to call upon arrival to the parking lot, since the doors are now locked. Instead, another dogs owner had to tell me this. Then staff accused me for being later to my appointment than I was, due to this lack of communication. Then no one explained the extra charge now for a “vet tech” appointment.

I know I wasn t allow to go into the office. Being there one on one is so much better. Feel better when I can talk to the doctor in person. I understand why.

Even though we were not allowed to enter your new facility, the visit was quick and thorough. My only disappointment was that my dog s appointment was on Monday and I still haven t been called with her lab results and it s Friday.
