This was an emergency visit and the staff was very helpful and fit us in despite their full schedule. Dr. Levin was very thorough and spent time explaining the treatment plan. Maddie responded very well and we had a positive outcome.

Couldn’t go in so have no clue whether it was clean or not. I would rather go in with my cat and talk in person to the vet then on the phone or they his assistant.

Dr. Maniatty & everyone at Precious Paws are awesome! They helped my Beagle puppy and me get through what could ve been a tragic ordeal while on vacation in Ocean City. Their care, compassion and professionalism are top-notch!

due to the Covid virus I was not able to enter the building and did not see the doctor, he did call and gave a complete explanation of everything and the techs that came out with my pet answered all my additional questions

The doctor called within a few minutes. He did not have much to say. I had to ask a lot of questions. He did not seem very friendly. He told me to put warm compresses on the affected area. I told him my dog would bite me if i did that. His answer was “Well i think you are bigger than your dog “. He was not sure where the wound came from. Did not know if it was a bug bite. First vet I have met who was not very friendly. I came home with 2 prescriptions. Bc of Covid, I understand that I could not come inside. I have no idea if it was clean. That question did not have a N/A option.

Called to be seen after hours, referred to Salisbury Animal ER. They told us to come over to be seen...after our 45 minute drive we arrived to be told it would be a 4-5 hour wait in the 95 degree heat in our car in the parking lot!!!!! We brought our dog home and tried to get into Savannah Animal Hospital. I believe you need to come up with another emergency plan for your patients in the summer during COVID and with all the summer visitors.

Even though the doctor spent quality time explaining our dog s issues very well there are two issues. My dog had an ear exam and I would have expected her ears to be cleaned but she came back with very dirty ears. Also, even though her glands were expressed, her glands need to be expressed again as they are still bothering her and smell.

I will not have Annie seen by Dr.Scott Hemenway again. I feel like he did not look into her sore and gave us a quick explanation. I’m not sure if there was just so much going on.
