Staff were friendly and attentive. The vet was thorough with his examination, gentle with my pet, and explained his diagnosis and the steps to help my pet recover. I would definitely return to Precious Paws again.

The wrong dosage was dispensed for heart guard plus, one tablet purchased. So I had to drive back another day from Long Neck to exchange the medication. I didn’t really appreciate needing to take the time, gas, mileage with traffic again to exchange. In the future, I will always double check any medication for errors. A matter of trust. How is your billing accuracy? Just wondering.

I am often at your office due to my many animals and I love everyone there. Everyone has such a pleasant personality, is knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait is long which makes it difficult for those of us who work.

I was surprised by the cost of this visit, but I thought that I just was mistaken about what I paid for last year’s checkups however I wasn’t mistaken, this visit costs were significantly more because of the Senior Dog Profile charge for both dogs. No one explained that this was occurring nor gave me a choice to not have that evaluation. Caring for two dogs with high quality food, routine immunizations, heart worm checks as well as heart worm medication and flea and tick meds. Is expensive enough and in future I prefer to only do the worm check and immunization and basic exam.

It was a pleasure to come to this office. Everytime! My son is in the same business. You all do very nice! Thanks for being there. I used to go to VCA hospital in Berlin. So this is very close by. Trudy Buerger
