On Monday morning Roxie was rushed to Pet ER with what has been diagnosed as Vestibular Disease. I called this morning and was assured Dr would contact me. As explained, I needed to be sure that the blood taken on Friday, might be able to be used for further testing into this Vestibular Disease. Also, and very important. She was diagnosed with an ear infection on Friday and this issue could be attributed to a cleaning if it s part of a middle ear infection. So should she be on antibiotics for a middle ear infection AND should I refrain from treating the outer ear until this passes? A faster response might help at our end. Thanks. Alex Hodges

We went in for our cats annual check up, Dr. Brown found some abnormalities. Most vets ask you to schedule another appointment to have the tests done. At Precious Paws Oceanview, they did it all the same day ! And she got right back to us when all the test results were in . We had some hard decisions to make, but she very passionately, kindly , helped us along . For that, we will forever be grateful.

I met Dr. Brown for the first time and she was wonderful! Gabrielle was her vet tech for the appointment and as usual she was great with my dog Kelle. Her experience and gentleness with my old dog was very much appreciated.

We wasted a morning because staff booked our pet in Ocean City when the pet has never been seen in Ocean City so we had to reschedule. Have no idea how you can call aDelaware number and get scheduled in Maryland. The e-mail fails to identify the office you were scheduled in.

I am very impressed with Dr. Maniati with his skills and thoroughness! However, I didn t expect to be taken by a huge surprise that the bill would be so expensive! It took my breath away as I could have been knocked over by a feather! I think that every client needs to know what kind of amount they can expect to pay for each procedure prior to doing them. Money isn t something that someone should have to be taken by surprise especially when they are worried or concerned with their pets. Every other aspect to your services are pretty much top rated!

Could be a little cleaner but not bad overall

Excellent care & staff was awesome! My pup was not on his best behavior but everyone was kind & understanding. We re now in a training program so next year should be a breeze. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Not sure if this was for Dr Maniatty or Dr Flood as Jake saw both in the last week but the 5 stars applies to both!!Precious Paws provides the best care any pet owner could ask for!

Dr. Flood was very attentive & followed up with me even on a friday night. I was very impressed & happy with her!

We were actually rather surprised. We had scheduled a surgery form Monday, and this was the preop bloodwork appointment. When we arrived, attack came to take our dog but had a little information. We had questions that she could not answer about what to expect with the pending surgery and with the process. It was very unusual based on our experience with pets And previous veterinary hospital treatment of patients. We had questions about what to expect with the surgery that was to be done on Monday, but no position was available and we did not hear anything until a voice message was left after 8 PM on Friday saying that the lab work calcium was in question and she was canceling the surgery. We feel a bit disappointed in how we’ve been treated and hope this is an unusual occurrence. We are left having to call now Monday morning and previous veterinary hospital treatment of patients. We had questions about what to expect with the surgery that was to be done on Monday, but no physician was available and we did not hear anything until a voice message was left after 8 PM on Friday saying that the lab work calcium was in question and she was canceling the surgery. We feel a bit disappointed in how we’ve been treated and hope this is an unusual occurrence. We are left having to call now Monday morning To try and figure out what the plan is and how to go forward. We are very disappointed and confused at this process.

Precious Paws IS great! I live in Philadelphia and prior to my coming to Ocean City, my dog stepped on glass requiring immediate surgery, stitches and intensive follow up visits. The scheduled time for the stitches to be removed was in the middle of my first week in Ocean City. I called Precious Paws and they were happy to remove the stitches as a courtesy, and they did. I was touched by the gesture and with fitting us into their schedule. I highly recommend the practice. DM, Philadelphia

Only problem seems to be long wait time with Dr Maniatty, BUT he takes great care of Dekker so we book with him. We appreciate his care and dedication to his pet clients.

The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. they took me upon a moments notice and saw my dog with an emergency injury. I cant say enough good things about Dr Flood and they staff at Precious Paws.
