In future, I would appreciate being notified when a delay occurs. Otherwise, I am comfortable with the clinic and its policies. I will recommend Precious Paws when appropriate.

I was seen very quickly but after weighing my dog. I sat in the room for an excess amount of time waiting for the Vet. I expect to wait but this was too long.

We are very pleased that we chose Precious Paws for Smokey s care. After a rough week at the pet ER and another vet who made a questionable diagnosis, Dr. Manyatti was a Godsend. Thank you to all of the staff, everyone was great!

Loved the shot clinic great idea for existing patients and a great way to keep us locals out of the fray of the summer vacationers. Would like to see something creative and discounted for dental cleanings. Last year my dogs needed dental cleaning and found your estimate 3 times higher then what I was accustom to paying. For 2 dogs that’s a lot dogs that’s a lot of $$$$! I needed to shop around and took the dogs elsewhere but would have prefer to keep them with Precious Paws. Thank you!

I had to wait for quite a long time. appointment was at 1020 but waited over an hour to be seen. left your facility after 12pm. I will not schedule Monday am again. Would be a good idea for someone to explain the wait (why) and doctor acknowledge the long wait with an apology

It was a good experience, however it felt like we were there forever. Maybe there was an emergency, I don t know.

After having the same vet for 20 years in PA and relocating to Millville we were thrilled to find such a caring and concerned vet in Dr.Maniatty. We look forward to having him take care of our pets!

Receptionist is not warm or friendly. Sets the tone for the visit, although other staff is just the opposite. She doesn’t appear to enjoy her position.

We patronize your Ocean View location due to how close/convenient it is. I feel the level of care is high. However, although I have not price shopped, I assume your pricing is rather on the high side.

I think you need a different Matt on your scale.I saw 3 dogs who would not get on the scale while I was there.

Going east bound, It is so difficult to cross over to the west bound lanes. I have noticed that many businesses do not have a curb cut for handicapped accessibility. The techs were wonderful (great) assisting me get around including getting Max in and out of the car. She loved the hugs and kisses from the staff. Thanks for taking care of Max.

The Doctors and staff are always wonderful. I am confident they are doing the best for my pets.

Everyone was very nice as usual. The vet was very thorough.

I want to thank-you for being so patient with my foster dog, Prodigy, It was a great experience for him. You took your time to let him greet you first, pet him, and made him feel as comfortable as he could.

I have always thought Dr M was the best vet around but find it is very expensive. You used to cut their nails for free when I had a paying visit but found a $22 charge this time. Really? You have done away with senior specials nor no longer give a discount for cash or check which you don’t consider as cash. As much as I hate to I am going to have to try to find someone a little less expensive

The staff and physicians at Precious Paws, makes it their business to create a warm and welcoming environment for their patients and family’s. They provided a holistic approach to patient care and treatment, implementing an individualized POC that best meets the needs of the patient.
