Perfect as usual.

The techs were absolutely wonderful! I was by myself with Stella (Great Dane) and the tech that helped me could not have been any better!!! I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Melinda or something like that. She was tall, thin with long dark hair. Young Dr. Maniatty was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She is “super”. I do have to admit that I miss Dr. Flood and I hope she comes back soon. My experience at Precious Paws is ALWAYS great!

I really can’t tell whether my choices were entered. Everything was perfect about the visit. I marked everything excellent. I have all the confidence in the world and Dr. Flood and Dr. Maniatty. Madison and the rest of the staff are perfect, pleasant and sweet. I would not consider any other veterinarian unless it’s at night and emergency. My apologies to the restaurant staff because Madison is the only name I remember.

Dr. Ali Lovins is really wonderful! She is so caring you can see how much she loves her patients! Vet Tech Gabriele was very good at listening to my concerns, and handling my little Yorkie! After receiving all her shots, that afternoon April, the Yorkie, was VERY lethargic! I almost called your office to ask about it!! Tanya, your receptionist, is also very helpful and great at setting up future appointments! Overall, I’m VERY happy using your veterinary hospital! Thanks!

I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism by the staff and doctor. I came in as an emergency very worried about my dog. Not only did they put me at ease, they cared for my dog as if he was their own.

Tiffany is an ABSOLUTE asset to this location! I am 2 miles from the Ocean City location, but prefer to drive my babies to Ocean View because of this staff.

Although we waited 45 minutes before our pet was seen, we were totally satisfied with the doctor and staff and understood why we had to wait as long as we did. The doctor was very thorough with his explanations and we received a followup call the very next day.

This was my first visit bringing a 10-week old puppy as highly recommended by a neighbor who grooms dogs The vet took the time to address all questions/concerns. I was able to schedule a visit in a timely fashion.

Very professional service and extremely nice staff. The vet explained everything and was very thorough.

the vet, techs and staff were wonderful. I believe that it is proper to notify the customer when a charge will be received. My bill was much higher than expected as extra charges were not explained during visit with the vet. I appreciate the level of care, but I like to be given choices and know the expectations. Some treatments, like ear cleaning, I can do at home if the vet explains that extra steps are necessary or they have suggestions for extra care. Thank you for taking good care of Wilson.

The team here is always great. Our dogs are not the easiest to deal with but Jim and Dr Maniatty and Dr Flood are always great! Madison is also great...very professional and friendly. We’ve been coming here for 5 years and are grateful that we found this office!
