Very friendly staff. The Vet explained things very well.

Everything and everyone was great!! Things are tough right now with Covid-19, but you guys are doing a good job. I can t wait to see the inside of the new facility someday :-) Keep up the great work and thanks for keeping my dog happy and healthy!

I was not in the office so I can’t answer the last question regarding the cleansiness of the facilities. Because of COVID the staff comes out to your vehicle to get your pet. I’m very impressed on how hard the tech staff works going back and forth from the facility to the vehicles, and are always, always very friendly and professional and I thank them for all their hard work.

I told the girl who took my cat I did not want her claws trimmed. After getting her home from her surgery I noticed all her claws were cut short. I called the next morning and was advised a tech would call me back. Hours later I got a call from the tech who took my cat and she even said she remembered me saying I didnt want them TRIMMED. She said she would check to see why they were CUT but I didnt hear anything back. It was also a shock to be told when dropping her off the bill could be between 14 and 17 hundred dollars.

Not being able to be with my furkid during the visit isn t okay. With masks on, owners should be able to accompany pets and speak face to face with the vet and techs.

I couldn’t complete or rate these questions properly because of the measures being taken due to COVID. My husband and I were upset that we could not come in with our dog. We understand the safety measures you are trying to do during this time, but pet owners who are not sick and are masked should be able to stay with their pets due to the fact that vet visits are traumatic for most animals anyway.

I missed the person to person interaction, but understand about the procedure used at this time.

When you re not in the examination room with the Dr. and can see specific things that may raise questions for the Vet to investigate it is obviously not going to happen. I was pretty overwhelmed when I was told that these new cats that I recently adopted had bad teeth and gums, and that Faith wouldn t allow to be even examined by not opening her mouth. That could possibly mean that she may have extra bad health with her teeth and gums as well. But when I heard the price of how minimally it may cost me, I was beside myself. Would someone have Dr.Lovins please explain the procedure that at least what Love Bug will need in detail and the minimal cost including the minimal time it will take for her with her dental health? I want to see if the shelter may be able to assist me with some of the cost. I m really overwhelmed and nervous about these upcoming expenses. I feel that since I didn t even get to see Dr.Lovins at all about this expense even at a distance it was upsetting.

Your doing amazing, no complaints. The Covid issue is a challenge when you have a packed schedule. Considering your brand new larger facility was jammed packed, our time at Dukes appointment was the same as previous appointments we had. Others were frustrated as I mentioned to someone else, if you want the best for your furry family member, then you occupy yourself for them and know there getting Precious Paws best efforts. Thanks for all you do!

My husband and I are so incredibly thankful we found you to take care of our cat Simon. Your care has been the best and most comprehensive one of our pets has ever had. You re staff is also an extremely nice and professional group! Thank you so much for all you ve done and continue to do!

The staff was wonderful and very much appreciate their kindness my issue with my visit is COVID-19 I am not at all happy and I couldn’t be there while Joey was being examined I like contact I’m a people person I did not get to meet with the doctor that examined Joey so as much as I love all of you in precious paws I will not be back in till COVID-19 is over

Because of COVID-19 measures the procedures were different, however, under the present circumstances, we love Precious Paws staff and of corse our Vet, Dr. Maniatty!

The staff are always friendly and considerate. In particular since this visit they were practicing Covid requirements - they always go the extra mile! ??????

I had an 11am appt but sat in my car, on a very hot day with the ac on, for 45 minutes before the appt started. That is too long. Then sat there for another half hour till dog cane out. The whole visit took 2 hours of my time. That is way too long. Perhaps you could make arrangements to call the day before to get all the pertinent info so we do not waste time at the appt time.

Because of the COVID we could not enter the facility but the procedures they had in place were very good and the staff that called us explained everything very well and took the time to make sure were understood the issues.

The office staff & Drs are very friendly . They answer any questions we may have about the dog. Thank you for your service.

Doing this without being in the room is probably efficient and necessary for COVID reasons, but it leaves a lot to be desired one on one.

Dr. Maniatty is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, kind and caring. He has always shown a genuine interest in my 8 year old golden sNice she was a puppy. He has kept track of all my dog’s needs and concerns at every appointment. I would not go to anyone else...love the all the staff...and, Tania is amazing!

The COVID procedures went very smoothly. I actually liked waiting in my vehicle with my dog versus the waiting room.
