I still think that there should be a leash hook at the check-out so customers can hook their dogs up while putting on coats or paying the bill.

I think it is crazy that now a tech appointment is almost $22.00 for about a 5-10 minute appointment!!!

2x increase in price for nail trim presented at appointment. $40 for a nail trim is way too much, looking for new vet at a more reasonable price

It is extremely hard to get an appointment to be seen when you have a dog in Unexpected distress. I got the feeling the person on the phone did not care or even offer to have some one call me

The front end staff are amazing. Dr. Ottosen and Dr.Megan are wonderful examples of caring Veterinarian. With that being said, I wouldn t recommend this office. It is very hard to get a appointment within a week, much less same day. Unless you pay extra for an emergency call. Also getting a return call for lab work results can be frustrating. If your looking for routine, yes. If you have an emergency or fatal illness, no.

Lovely visit as always. The staff is easy to talk to and very thorough in explanations from check-in to check-out.

I have already discussed my disheartening experience at my most recent visit, with the office manager. However, I will reiterate that the Dr. was very negative and proceeded to tell me everything I was doing was wrong- feeding him wrong, he s not attending daycare or puppy classes, doesn t come in for friendly visits, was not in for his shots and if I m ever going to get a new puppy I need to make sure I do that in a timely manner, she was upset because he was nervous, would not let me help hold him at all, told me the flea medicine I use isn t enough- despite the fact is the same they use; and mostly, she IMMEDIATELY jumps to my dog needs orthopedic surgery with a femoral head shave down and joint replacement... she didn t even ATTEMPT to feel the rest of his left to just rule out any other possibilities. She had done this before with my cat- saying she immediately needs to go to cornell to have her eye removed! Poor cat was ok a week later with antibiotic eye drops for crying out loud! This lady is insane and completely negative. She made me feel like a piece of crap and I ve been going to this vet for a good 18 years...

Everyone in the office was AMAZING!! I was very nervous about bringing my dog in because she is 13 years old, and everyone went the extra mile to talk to me and explain everything to my husband and I, our dog is very healthy thanks to Dr Megan Tuero!!!!

Would be helpful if you had Saturday appts available

Appointments are running almost a month back, so if you schedule an appointment be prepared for a 3-4 week wait. Other than that, the care you receive for your pet is usually worth the wait!

I am so glad that I was able to switch my animals to this Veterinary hospital. Staff is wonderful understanding and patient. I have a very old cranky dog that used to have to be sedated for visits. His last friendly visit he didn’t need anything. This hospital is fantastic!

Wonderful staff. All procedures are clearly explained and you never feel rushed.

Everything was great. The staff is very caring. I only gave three stars for accessibility because it took us a little while to get in. In all fairness, I think that’s because we needed to see specifically the exotic pet vet. No complaints. We love Dr. Dale!

I would suggest that you tell people of the procedure of calling-in from the parking lot. I did not know this and tried to get in every locked door to no avail. Thankfully someone came out of the canine door and I got in to tell that I was in the parking lot. (No cell phone) Ted Z

Five star service from this practice that I have been a client of for almost 40 years. Staff friendly and responsive to needs and issues that occur. Wouldn t go any where else for pet care.

Absolutely phenomenal new patient appointment for my kitten! New clinic is clean and modern, doctor and techs are so nice. And they made a big deal over my little guy, which of course I loved! Thank you so much everyone, see you soon!
