I always appreciate the care my little Minpin gets when he has an appointment. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Dr. Walker and her vet tech, Snoop is doing very well. I think the question you should ask is, Are you satisfied with you veterinary care? I am frustrated by the business model of Cayuga Veterinary Services. My dog has have multiple off hours issues requiring vet care. Each time I have not been directed to Cornell or other emergency clinics, yet I am reminded on an almost daily basis to buy pharmaceuticals from Cayuga Vet Services and can only schedule appointments weeks in advance for vaccinations and check ups. This is not the relationship I am accustomed with my veterinarian.

Brought my pet in for an emergency. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable explained in detail what was wrong and what procedures needed to be done. I highly recommend!!

The only thing that was not taken care of when I was there was trimming Gunner’s toenails. There seemed to be a lot of different people who were in the room at one point or another and in the confusion, I did not press the issue with the subsequent staff that came into the room.

Your facility is beautiful. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit. Everyone was very kind and helpful and my puppy loved all of you.

As usual Dr. Dale is calm, knowledgeable and never talks to me as if he superior than I am with that knowledge. I saw Dr. Walker the last time I was in with Sophie. She treats a person by talking down to them. As if she knows more than you, which I am sure she does but she needs to work on how she comes across to people. If Dr. Dale would like to contact me on this I would be more than glad to speak with him.

The whole visit was excellent. I can t figure out how to click in and register the excellent in all categories.

Cost of getting pet neutered is way to high.

We love it there. My Bootz (cat) was so comfortable it was amazing. She just sat there and loves all the attention. So thank you so much .

I find everyone involved in my pet s visit to be caring, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. While I wish the office was closer to where I live (as my cat HATES the car), I am always very happy with the quality of care they provide.

When explaining and giving the price for the more inclusive Distemper Parvo Lyme etc shot that is approximately $82., it would be helpful to be told it is a two part shot, 3 wks apart. Approximately $82 for first part and when advising of second part advise that additional pricing too.

Staff very helpful and made sure to acknowledge any questions that I had. Bozo and Rascal enjoyed their hiding place on the counter. Rascal especially enjoyed the treats. He had no problem helping himself! ??
