Loved how the staff and Doctor were so kind to my dogs, they are my fur babies.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and wonderful with animals and thier parents. Absolutely worth the long wait time.

I feel like I spent 160 dollars for no answers . I received the same answers from the ER dr and my dog wasn’t any better .. we had to research what was wrong with him ourselves and treat him accordingly and now he is fine.. what is the sense to have a vet if they don’t do their jobs..they wanted to do X-rays for no reason and sedate him for no reason when all he needed was 5 dollar antibiotic that fixed him

My visit started on the wrong foot, we waited over 20 minutes in an empty parking lot, I assume because it was raining and no one wanted to come out. The tech was very nice and noted all my concerns, the Dr however not so much. She did not discuss any of my concerns, just walked in and started talking about something completely different, I was quite confused. It almost seemed as I was being attacked verbally and accused of neglecting my pet. When I finally asked what any of this had to do with the problem I came for she finally elaborated and started to make sense. If she had done that initially, the visit would have been much different. At that point my demeanor had from frustration to anger and all I wanted to do was leave, my answers became short to the point the Dr snapped do you have a problem? I said no not wanting to escalate the situation. Then after one of his medications given orally ended up all over my shoe and floor, I asked if he got enough and was snapped at again. She also admonished me for not bringing a urine sample for the concern I had, which I would have gladly done if I had only been asked to. I asked for a specimen bottle upon the end of the visit and was told to use tupperware. When I was being charged, I was asked if I wanted to use my care credit balance, $41.30, I said I didn t know I had one, then find out it had expired anyway. The credit amount however turned up on my final invoice as previous balance and was added to my bill. When I questioned that, I was met with more resistance and a very poor attitude. She said she had to talk to her supervisor, that was 3 days ago, I have not heard anything and still don t have a credit. I also asked that the owner call me when he could, I have not been contacted. I have been a customer along with my parents at the same practice for over 40 years. My dog had excellent care . Dr. Dale did a great job on my dogs surgery.

Dr Jones was unprofessional and rude, and went out of her way to embarrass me when I was checking out. She talks way too much, so much that you can t even ask a question or explain any issues. When she asks you a question, she will interrupt you as you are trying to answer. She talks too fast, is very aggressive, and often speaking in a belittling tone. At the end of the appointment I just wanted to get out of the room, she was overwhelming, and not in a good way. When she saw that I was just wanting to leave, she aggressively asked me Did I answer all you questions? several times, I wanted to tell her that I had no opportunity to ask any with her constantly talking to hear herself talk. She was sending me into an anxiety attack. As I was leaving, she was at the desk, and when I approached she said to the girls that I was checking out with Ziggy, and that they might want to put in my records that I probably didn t want to see her again. Never once did I say anything negative or to support that statement, yet she decided to embarrass me and make that claim. She is possibly THE most unprofessional person I have ever experienced.

It is very frustrating that you still have to wait in the car for your appointment. Especially when you have to wait a half hour or more. Trying to keep my dogs from being upset is not an easy thing. I understand the concern about covid but we are still wearing masks inside. If clients are concerned then give them the option to wait in their vehicles.

Offer payment plans without having to use a credit card.

Dr Megan and staff are amazing!!! Dr Megan ALWAYS takes time to go over EVERYTHING regarding our dogs. I NEVER leave without her making sure we understand everything!!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

The veterinarian was very rude about wearing a mask. She had an N95 on and was extremely rude if my mask came below my nose. She should have not been worried about it, she obviously had her nose and mouth covered. and should have been more focused on my animal. I will not return. I miss Dr. Ottosen. Too bad the newer vets didn’t learn a little humility and lot more about customer service. Good luck keeping clients coming back.

I had a 10:30 appointment people who came after me were taken right in , when I asked why I was still waiting, the response was did you check in . I waited 30 minutes before my dog was taken in .

I really appreciate the follow-up phone call. I usually have questions that I forget to ask, while there.

Nice staff. Very clean building. Everyone that had contact with my cat handled her very gently.
