The staff and Dr Dale made us feel very comfortable. Dr Dale clearly explained everything he was doing with our alpaca, even she was very relaxed throughout the exam and procedures.

I have spoken to other pet families and their fees for a physical are never as high as ours. I cannot believe it would have been over $1000 if I hadn t had the rewards program which is now over $100 a year. I know inflation is hitting everyone hard but wow. I love my pets and appreciate how you take care of them but maybe see if you can lower prices for people over 60.

Wouldn’t take my dogs anyplace else. We appreciate how well you care for our pets and how much you made us feel so comfortable and welcome.
