I was especially impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the fact that Dr. Dale followed up with a phone call. I was shocked by the cost but maybe I m just out of the loop with vet charges.

The parking lot is difficult to maneuver and accident-prone. Please patch the holes and trim back the shrubbery. That would make a big difference. It shouldn t cost a lot and would help keep people and their fur babies safe when walking to and from the clinic. Otherwise the female vet tech and Dr. Echols were fantastic. They were gentle, loving, and very kind to my Siamese cat. They explained things before they did any treatment and treated Simba like he was their own baby. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!

I am very disappointed with the care I received. I was very thankful you were able to get me in last minute as a new patient. However, I do not feel like my dog was given proper care in regards to my concern of his gum. I brought him to our regular vet on Monday, being told he needed his tooth out immediately and he was given a shot of an antibiotic because his gum was so infected. I am disappointed that at Cayuga Veternary Services I was told that he just needed his teeth cleaned.

I bought feliway multicat starter kit x2 177.30 and 2 refills 52.48.I looked up the price on amazon I could have paid 67.70 for all 4 of the products instead of 229.78.That is a 162.00 I could have saved.SHAME ON YOU.When I called you about the price the answer I got was Oh my we cant get that for that price REALLY.

Although this facility is by appointment only, I arrived with an emergency with my cat having a UTI and it was a holiday weekend. I had gone to the other vet in town and they were closed for the holiday weekend. Even though there was limited staff on that day, they took me in anyway and helped my beloved pet. I was so grateful that they would take me in and help him since it would have been close to another week before I could get him in again and didn t want him to be suffering. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and I was amazed at how kind they all were. They helped my little guy feel better!!! Thank you so much for caring!!!
