I have absolutely no complaints regarding the service or treatment of my dog. Everything in that aspect was 5 star. My only observation is the chairs that we have to sit on are quite dirty. Not a deal breaker though!

Everyone there are wonderful caring people, especially when you have a sick pet.

After shots and calming collar he would not eat and drank a little. He was playful but slept a lot. I was concerned and called. We decided to wait and see if it would change. It appeared he had a bad batch of food. I found this out because he was eating treats. I changed his food to beef and changed brands. He was eating Blue for puppies with chicken. Now he is eating Merrick with beef, sweet potato. He ate all all of it. He moved his bowels and is urinating ok. Still not sure if food was bad...it did have a very strong smell. We will be back for heart and flea treatment that I said I would be picking up. Thank You Elizabeth and George

My dog Sadie and I were on vacation (many, many miles from home) and her patella slipped out of place. I called 5 nearby vets and you were the ONLY place that would see her that day, except for the Cornell Vet ER. Thank you so very much for seeing her. Your docs and your office saved the day! Thank you so very much!!!

I ve never had an issue with Cayuga Vet. We started taking are cats there several years ago and the staff is top notch. One of my cats actually came home happy from their office recently.

They are all so wonderful!!

Staff was apologetic for the wait due to a walk in unexpected puppy emergency. I was given the option of rescheduling but I had already waited 15-20 minutes. All around a good visit

I feel that you have 5 star service. The one thing that I didn t realize was that Oliver needed a plastic neck horn & it was really uncomfortable. If I had known about it earlier,I would have gotten one on line before his amputation. I did get one at Petco & he is much happier.
