My boys and I left your clinic feeling so happy that we found you! We felt so welcomed by the front office staff and the technician was SO great with our dog who was nervous. We absolutely loved Dr Dale and we all have peace we are at the right place for Major’s surgery. Thank you all for caring so much!

I feel that my experience was not great. I didn’t feel the vet I saw was compassionate for my sick cat. I will not be returning

Cayuga Vet is the best. They are all friendly. I usually can get an appointment on my time...( I like that).

I saw a Dr. Dale, and he had never seen my pet. He took the time before coming in room to get up to date with my Zoey and her condition. He was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. This is important to me as you aren t just treating my Zoey, you are treating her mom, who gets anxious and scared when she is sick. I love your office as everyone is very friendly and very willing to give me the time I need to get answers to my questions and concerned. Thanks for all you do.

Excellent place to bring my dog! Very nice staff

The only complaint I have is the fact they did not warn me on the cost of blood work. I would think they would tell me it was going to be 190 dollars prior. I was ok with the 47 dollar visit but when she handed me the tube for a stool sample for my dog and then gave me my bill I almost left her a stool sample of my own. Just a thought is all.

I am so impressed with our first visit. My daughter was full of questions about acupuncture and Megan was full of information for her. Romeo loved his appointment and can’t wait to come back.

I love the convenience of being able to make an appointment after house through your app. Since I only like to give my dog one vaccination at a time I would like to be able to schedule an appointment with a tech for future immunizations when they need more than one immunization. Instead of having to pay for an office visit when she just had a full physical 2 weeks earlier. I know that techs cant give rabies shots but it would be nice if this was an available option for other immunizations. Love the care and compassion that we receive!

Dr. Dale and the staff took the time to explain things and answer my questions. My dog Marilyn remained calm and was not afraid of the staff or Dr. I have had terrible experiences at a clinic and I am so grateful for the wonderful care my dog received.

It doesn t appear that my choices were saved because the stars didn t change or indicate my choices; but I clicked excellent on all the above questions. We were very satisfied with all the staff - from the person who answered the phone to make our appointment to the time we checked out. We were extremely happy with Dr. Megan. She spent a lot of time with us and explained, in detail, options regarding Sophia s future treatment of her allergies. Many of our friends recommended Cayuga Veterinary Services and we will now be doing the same! Kelly Brown
