5 starsto all the above. We started here long ago when living on Cayuga Lake and now live in Camillus and still use Cayuga Vet for our pet. The support we received from Dr Meggin and the entire staff when our love, Mia needed to be euthanized was beyond special. We have returned 15 months later with our new puppy and would not consider any other practice.

Very pleased, Dr. Echols had to call me several times to follow up and explain things to me. She was patient with me and thorough. Dr. Echols is working on resolving an issue my fur baby has had on going for some time now and I could nt appreciate her more. Thank You

This, practice is the best practice that I have ever been too. The front staff is always so kind with thier greatings, the techs and Doctors are amazing and always so patient with my nervous dog! I couldn t ask for a better clinic to bring my pets.

Dr. Echols was helpful, compassionate, and offered options for care for our ill pet. I left feeling very supported. The technician...can’t remember her name.?? sorry..was also helpful and worked well with Buddy. I appreciated her kindness.

You guys are great! My only concern is the entrance and patients waiting area. I m very particular about cleanliness of appearance. Specifically, is having fur on the floor. I realize that this is an ongoing problem and hard to keep up with when your busy and hate to mention it!

I having been coming to Cayuga Vet Services for many years. The staff is wonderful. My only complaint was the expense. I was not prepared and could not pay the entire bill which was over $500 for xrays and a check up for my 12 year old lab. I wish the cost of the xrays was explained to me before they were taken. I would have skipped the xrays and waited until I could afford it. Also, a joint supplement was suggested but the price was not given until I saw the bill. I declined his blood work and the joint supplement which helped bring my bill down to $301. Full payment is expected at time of visit, but I couldn t afford $535. Maybe a payment plan could have been offered? or maybe an estimate given? Thanks for listening and helping my pet feel better.
