Un sure how to respond using the stars, but I would answer yes to the questions. It was kind and thoughtful to provide us with a room to wait 4 test results S we were there for almost 3 hours.

It would be very helpful to receive a copy of the invoice prior to payment so if there are any questions they can be answered first. One time I was charged an outrageous amount for medication my dog already had, and I didn t know it until I got home. After the last visit I needed to call the office for an explanation of my bill. Everything was fine, but it would have been better if it was all addressed in the office. My dog is scheduled for dental surgery next week and I know there will be many things on the invoice. Knowing I will not be able to review it until after I pay the bill. Not complaining, just saying.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Meghan. I really trust her. On another note, the facility could use some cosmetic help.

I found the staff to be very pleasant. I was explained thoroughly their process and procedures. Wait time was acceptable.

At first I was a little frustrated with the cost of my bill. Upon further review I realize a fair majority of the cost is my pets flee/tick and heart worm meds that I purchase annually not monthly. I thought there must be a way to save some money, so I went to Chewy.com to see what the cost of the same medicines would be and found that I am getting a better price and a rebate through my Vet service. I am very satisfied.

I would like to thank the staff for getting my dog in so quickly even though it was not a major emergency. They were thorough and the pain medicine has improved the quality of life for my elderly dog

The parking lot needs alot of work. It is full of holes and very dirty.

The vet tech and vet were very good with Lola and explained in detail what they thought may be the issue and offered services to help figure out what was wrong. They were very good with Lola as well. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful too. I was very pleased with the care Lola received

Veterinary and staff at cayuga vet are amazing.

Being able to get a vet to communicate with me was excruciating. Took them an extra day to tell me my cats lab results; still a bit pricey, but the service once I got there was good and did great catering to my anxious kitty.

Have been very happy with the care of my puppy Daisy. Excellent staff. Great with my sweet puppy very knowledgeable providers. She loves coming each month We are so grateful. Thank you for helping me care for her.
