Happy with my first experience at Cayuga Veterinary Services!

Dr Dale is super! He cares and is compassionate. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly...thank you.

The staff is so helpful and caring. Thank you for loving Snoopy just as we do.

Just a quick note: my first visit “flying solo” since my wife passed. The front desk staff, I think Mary was her name was extremely helpful and caring especially of my recent loss, and helped me every step of the way. To explain #7...I am very unhappy with your parking lot...it is nothing but pot holes...I realize that you are in the process of building BUT it has been that way for some time...matter of fact when I was there in October 2018 I hit a pot hole at the end of the lot when I left that was so deep it actually broke the sway bar on my car...$300. + out of pocket repair made me question if I wanted to continue with you but being a client for over 50 years I decided to come back...

As a 20 year customer I would never recommend Cayuga vet. I brought my f golden retriever in for a lump a year ago and last nite in file was playing phone tag with customer. Dr ottensen should have sent me a letter telling me my dog has lymphoma and now a year later I find out, from a new vet her diagnosis and what I can do for my poor dog who had lost 30 pounds, new very says she is too thin for her size. You had no problem taking $1000 from me for surgery but never have me suggestions on what my options were, I may contact attorney, I m sure my money is helping build their new building

Dr Megan is great! She s very compassionate and caring. I trust her with all my animals. I would recommend her to anyone!

I can’t thank you enough for getting my dog in at the last minute. Being new to the area I was nervous about finding a new vet for my dogs. When an emergency pops up In that situation it is nice to have found a vet I feel confident in. Thank you again.

Doctor was not willing to clip dogs nails due to the dog s objection. Dog was not aggressive, but merely tried to withdraw. Before I was able to process the situation, I was given bottles of sedatives for the dog and told to reschedule a time to have the nails done while dog was under sedation. I would have preferred that I was ASKED if I wanted to take the sedatives with me. We have previously cut this dog s nails in the past with Dr. Ottosen. Would have preferred this as an option and would not have purchased the sedatives.

All was great . My dog is well and i highly recommend you to others. Thank you for your care

Great experience as always. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, and I am glad I made the decision to go with Cayuga Veterinary Services when I got my doggo.

I had to come unexpectedly due to my dog breaking his toenail. I was able to get right in and my visit was fast and efficient. I always have a good experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Everyone at the office is amazing! There s not a negative thing I could say about my experiences with the office.

Dr. Echols took a great deal of time to explain the treatment options for our dog, Jake. She listened to my concerns and took my questions seriously. I left the office feeling more relieved about how we will care for Jake.

I have always felt comfortable to take my dogs to your office. Appointment fit me schedule day or evening.

I know there s no such thing as a great visit to any doctor, but the staff at Cayuga Vet as painless and comfortable as possible. They give great advice and we re happy to keep taking our pets there. ?

The office and exam rooms are just getting old and tired. I know New is in the works, so I hope the plan is for it to be easy to clean and maintain! It hasn’t changed much in 40 years! I was very pleased with the care and attention Mr. Bojangles got from Dr. Echols. He is doing MUCH better.

I have no issues. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly with me and my cat, Kitty.

The techs were great with Marcie (who is a real pill about having her nails trimmed). I really appreciate it!
