My dogs have been experiencing many ear infections. The Doctor explained what it is and gave me detailed instructions on how to use the meds and what the meds do! The assistant was very patient and went the extra mile to make them less nervous! Thank You All!

Thank you so much for getting Rowdy in as a walk in. It means the world to me that you took us in when I know there are places that will turn people away without an appointment. Thank you Alina for being thorough with us and Rowdy and taking care of him. I wish I still lived home in Auburn so I could continue to bring him to you guys. My parents have been coming to Cayuga Vet Services for 25 years and I know that my parents will continue to have you as their vet and continue to recommend you, especially after taking their grandpuppy in!

Dr. Echols is the best!

Everyone was very courteous and kind at our first visit. It was a little scary bringing in a ‘stray’ cat (Mona) but the staff and veterinarian made us feel welcome and, most importantly, made me feel like they cared. Our cat is doing great and seems to be enjoying her new home, toys, and bed. Thanks to everyone for all their kindness.

I loved Dr. Megan!! She was caring kind and very patient. Our dog recently had a major surgery and she was very conscious of that and proceeded with the greatest of caution! She will be the vet that I see whenever I have to bring my pet in!!! Thank you Dr. Megan!!! ??????

The vet was to indecisive could not give a good diagnosis or a good action plan. With that being said I probably will not return to your facility with my pet for any more appointments or treatment.

Dr Megan always takes the time to explain our dogs problems and discuss our best options of care. Everyone in the office is very nice.

I would suggest letting pet owners hold their pets to decrease the stress the pet is under
