When I brought my kitty in for a health problem she was seen right away. My only concern is that the Comp lab cost was 245$. I think the cost of testing should be told up front before being done. Not that i wouldn’t have had them done but this unexpected cost was a hardship on my family. Left me with 9$ for three weeks. The office visit is reasonably priced at 48.50. I was not expecting a three hundred dollar vet bill that basically consisted of just labs. This left me with no money for the medication that was recommended. Dr Megan gave me some left over meds from a prior customer so that was nice. But an antibiotic was also recommended that I cannot afford. I asked someone to call me back this past Friday wiya price for the antibiotic bc my daughter was going to pay for the antibiotic and didn’t receive a call back. I don’t know what was worse, having to ask my 24 year old daughter for a few bucks for our cats medicine or not receiving a call back about what the actual cost would be for the antibiotic or not being told up front about the lab costs. I think dr Megan is wonderful and is always good with my pets. But the costs of the labs definitely need to be told up front especially with them being so expensive.

Couldn t get into the office areas.

Hard to give accurate feedback due to COVID procedures, but Cayuga Veterinary Services has always had the utmost concern for my cat and me.

I am very uneasy not being able to go into the exam with my pet, when is the office going to be open again to do in-person visits with our pets?

Dr Megan was very thorough and took a good deal of time reviewing the episode that my cat experienced. I appreciated the amount of time she spent explaining what could be going on with him.

Honestly I am a bit frustrated with your clinic at the moment. I had taken my three puppies (two of which you delivered via csection) in for their second series of shots. A follow up spot for their third series was never made and I was not advised they had to be done within four weeks or they have to be done again. I received a text message that my dogs were over due and called to schedule them to get in. I was advised you could not get them in four weeks and we would have to do the series again which resulted in money out of my pocket that could have been avoided for three dogs to get shots again. We have a female that is pregnant again and will be spending a lot more money in your establishment again in the coming months but I personally don’t think it’s fair I have to pay for a series of shots for three dogs all over ago due to a lack of communication. You are my vet, you are the expert and should had informed me the shots needed to be done in a time frame and made sure it was scheduled prior to us leaving. After this last visit there were issues with you getting my dogs in within the four weeks and you had to arrange to get them in during a lunch. Had I not stressed that they had to be done with In four weeks and I absolutely am not paying for a second series of shots a third time due to your inability to schedule them in three weeks I’d be out another 300 with a total of 600 unnecessarily spent. I understand times are hard right now with the pandemic and I tried to discuss this with the tech whose response was I wasn’t here so I don’t know. In which I understand she can not speak for someone else’s misinformation but that doesn’t mean it’s right for me to be the one to just deal with it.

I can t wait until things are back to normal when I can come in with my pet during the visit.

I don t know how the conditions are inside the facility because of the current covid restrictions. You have given the current situation a great deal of consideration with respect to the covid problem and I applaud you. The staff at cayuga veterinary are without a doubt some of the best a business owner could ask for. It is very obvious that everyone there is pationet about what they do. It s not just a job to them. Cudo s to all of you. Luke is treated with compassion and respect and it s obvious that he s comfortable when he s with you. The one time I was in the new building I found it to be very beautiful and extremely functional. Keep up the good work!

Things will be better when we can go inside with our pets. Otherwise they are coping the best they can. I trust the vets knowledge & experience so am willing to wait outside for now.

I was nervous about not being allowed to go in with my dog, she is very nervous about going with someone she doesn’t know but the tech was so very kind she went right with her. When they brought her out she was so kind and she spoke to me about what she needed on her next visit. I was so relieved I left there, thank you so much!!!

In the heat it would be courteous to be contacted that there is an extra long wait time because I waited in my car for 1/2 hour before my dog was seen. That is my only complaint because the dr, staff and quality of care given to my dog was 5 stars.

Waiting period was 40-45 mins to be seen

No idea about the cleanliness as still not able to be inside I do however feel as though your very high in your cost for the services being done compared to other offices in the same area

I d just like to say that even though sitting in your car is a pain in the butt, lol, I think the way that the whole no contact situation was handled was excellent, very professional and friendly still.

They r the best Ewok loves the staff, But especially Meagan... And the front desk people, are very friendly as well.

It was my pups first visit to your practice- with COVID-19 he needed to go in alone. Everything went wonderful and I m so so happy with you all, my Winston saw Megan and she was very informative and wonderful with him! I m so grateful, THANK YOU :-)

I believe your pricing is too high for me to afford on a regular treatment basis. I was only able to pay because I received a stimulus check. There will be times I may not have the full amount to pay. Please consider that even though I believe your care of my dog is excellent and staff is helpful, I might not be able to afford to come here.

I was happy to be le to bring my dog in despite the covid issues. The drop off and pick up procedure was easy and went well.
